Everything still feels weird.

Europe jetlag is the worst in my opinion. Seems like it takes you no time to get to Europe and takes forever to get back. It took me 2 weeks to get back to normal whereas I can get over Japan jetlag in 3-5 days.

While we're on the NBA: Yesterday Fat Joe revealed the longtime mystery of Biggie's "Story to Tell" yesterday on Highly Questionable:

It's one of the biggest mysteries in the history of hip-hop ... Which Knicks player was robbed by the Notorious B.I.G. after he walked in on Biggie banging his GF?

According to Fat Joe it was Anthony Mason ... and Joe made this BOMBSHELL revelation while talking with the guys on ESPN's "Highly Questionable" Monday morning

Pretty impressive, Anthony Mason was a mean cat.

I pretty much just enjoy the Playoffs, rarely really care who actually wins -- kinda root for storylines. I do like Golden St, but now I have a reason to actually *really* root for them. So thanks, Jeremy.

Likewise, my reason to root for OKC. Watch them take down the most overrated team in the history of the NBA. So thanks, Adriano!

- Colorado pulled in $140M last year on weed taxes. Good thing Kentucky doesn't need that type of cash.

- Finally some intrigue in the NBA Playoffs! I'd like to root for OKC. Durant's a good dude. Donovan's a good dude. Westbrook is all right. But I can't do it. Just watched a doc on their management team lying and stealing the Sonics right out from under Seattle in the shadiest way possible, only to move them to Oklahoma City and give them stupid nickname and dumb uniforms.

- Listening to a little Beach Boys "Pet Sounds" on the 50th anniversary of the album coming. What an album. Really good stuff.

At team that won the NBA Championship, then followed it up by winning 73 games is the most overrated team in history?

[laughing] Got it.

I don't know of a single person who claims they were better than the Lakers/Celtics/Bulls teams, but they are a great team. Hilarious how insecure old timers are when something else new/great comes along. Good stuff.

-[roll]at Potsie now allegedly losing the last remaining member of his incoming class. Just fire the guy already and be done with it. What a trainwreck.

-I'm too old to stay up for anything past 10 anymore. Was amped up for OKC-GS, made it through about a quarter and a half, wake up at 1:30 in the morning to "Tremors 2" or whatever was on Turner after the game. Sucks, but #Thanks41.

-I know they're just heated up or whatever, but Starbucks breakfast sandwiches aren't bad in a pinch.

-YES, WE ARE ALL VERY PROUD OF YOU FOR VOTING.

[laughing] Of the 30 players who were top 15 in the RSCI in the classes of 2013 and 2014, only 4 will still be in school next season.

I'm thinking specifically about Charles Barkley when I say this, but Scottie Pippen, Oscar Robertson, even my boy Charles Oakley apply:

Old timers have earned the right to say whatever they want to about today's game. But just because they're old timers doesn't mean they're automatically right. Barkley has said all year long that this is the worst that the league has ever been and how good are today's rookies when they can't take their lottery teams to the playoffs (Tim Duncan won 56 games in his first season and Karl Towns won 29 is his major example) and whatever.

The league is the best it's been since Jordan's first retirement IMO. The league is only as good as its preferred style of play, and I'm enjoying the current style of play much more than the 1996-2004 style that Barkley retired to.

<--- pro-OKC, just because I want to be vindicated for thinking you can win a title with Westbrook as the man. A petty argument between me and a friend.

This. I find going to Europe way harder to recover from than going to Asia.

:pimp: I've always found it harder to recover coming home from Jupiter, where I travel all the time and wax hot Jupiterean aliens with huge tatas. With that said, the worst jet lag I ever had came from a trip to Monaco where I FB'ed a Victoria Secret model and ate escargot and swordfish every meal.

I've never been to Asia, but why would that be? I mean, it's a 13 hour time difference and twice (or more) as far away, right? Just sounds brutal unless you are ukguy78 and traveling in an apartment.

Anyone check out the Amy Winehouse documentary that came out last year? Apparently, the same people are making one about Oasis which will come out this fall. That ought to be hilarious. Those Gallagher brothers crack me up- drunk pricks who hate each other...yet make beautiful music. "What's the Story Morning Glory?" is in my Top 5 albums from the 90s.

Anyone ever been to Palm Springs?

Wife and I are trying to plan a vacation and we've canceled out the entire Southeastern coast & the Gulf because of the Zika Virus. There's a chance that New England may even become infected.

Thought about doing a week in Palm Springs. Looks cool. Mountains in the backdrop of the desert. 2 hours from LA. 2 hours from San Diego. There's some nice resorts/spas where we could stay. Realize it's blazing hot there in the summer but there's no humidity so surely the heat is manageable.

unavoidable that he has an abysmal horrible season, fire him after that. why waste money paying him off & paying a new coach? ain't like there is any coach who could take this hindenburg disaster over & have a decent season

just so long as he & Mitch don't try and use him rebuilding the dumpster fire he created as an excuse for keeping him on board.

Coming back and forth from Asia is akin to pulling an all nighter. While there, your body just seems to flip. Day 2 is usually a little rough, but otherwise you settle in and your body seems to know how to handle it. In the summer, when the sun sets later, I find it easier to adjust back when I come back to the US. With Europe, you've moved 6 hours. Meaning your days there start at about the equivalent of 2:00a at home and when you come back, it just seems to catch up with you. Also, most of the time when you fly to Asia, you arrive between 9p - midnight, which means it doesn't take long to come in and go to bed particularly if you didn't sleep on the flight or slept very little. A lot of times with Europe you leave here in the afternoon, can't sleep, then land there at 8:00a and start your day.

Best experience I've had with Europe was when I had a late flight out of here and didn't arrive there until 5:00p. Was able to stay up until 10:00 that night by hitting the streets pretty quickly after getting there. When I flew home, I didn't get back to Lexington until about 6:00p, stayed awake until 9:00 and then crashed. For a few days I was getting up at 4:30 or 5:00 due to the jet lag and only making it until about 9:00 or 10:00 but that was better than previous trips.

Pretty sure there is a chance that EVERYWHERE will become infected, bub. Look where it's gotten to already.

I mean, there are confirmed cases here in Kentucky.

Drove through palm springs 2 months ago. Looked like a desert wasteland. Commented to my wife "Why the hell do people talk about Palm Springs? This looks miserable". Admittedly I only drove through the main street and to the airport and back, but from my very limited view it looked pretty terrible. Don't think I saw I single living plant.

Always wondered how these kinds of viruses or other serious outbreaks finally stop? How in the world are you supposed to find/contain every person or mosquito?

-Wife isn't pregnant, but we went to Aruba during the height of it all down there...and she wanted to find out/make sure she didn't have when we got back it for the future, as apparently it can remain dormant and most people don't even know they have it.

LOL. The process she had to go through (and still is) is unbelievable. A CDC inspector came to our house while we were in Europe for an interview. She had basically lied to them and said she was pregnant b/c that's the only way you are allowed to get tested...but then they demanded results and all sorts of other **** this week, so we said touch it.

Seems kinda silly you aren't allowed to get tested unless you are confirmed pregnant -- seems like it would be too late at that point.

Saw a blurb on ESPN that Charlie Weis makes more money at Notre Dame right now than Brian Kelly.

His buyout will end up being close to $20 million.

GTFO with your nba takes 73. I don't care how old you are this post is ridiculous and shows how bad you actually are. Don't bother replying to me because I'm putting you on ignore. Take the rest of the day off to think about how terrible you are that lurkers ignore you.

Just got this today in the Kentucky Board of Medicine newsletter:

Preliminary diagnosis is based on the patients’ clinical features and places and dates of travel to an area with active Zika virus transmission. Laboratory diagnosis is accomplished by testing serum or plasma to detect virus, viral nucleic acid, or virus-specific immunoglobulin M (IgM) and neutralizing antibodies. When considering testing, please contact the Kentucky Department for Public Health or your local health department. All testing is currently being done by the CDC. Due to the detrimental effects on a developing fetus, a priority is placed on testing pregnant women with history of possible exposure to Zika. Therefore, approval from KY must be obtained prior to submitting specimens to CDC. CDC has recently opened up testing to include symptomatic travelers with possible exposure to Zika and women who conceived within 8 weeks of travel to Zika-affected area. The state public health laboratory is planning to perform the Zika IgM Antibody Capture Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (Zika MAC-ELISA) and Trioplex Real-Time RT-PCR Assay in the future.

Here's the deal lurkers...

- Have you driven through the night on countless SEC/NCAA road trips with GYERO pals?
- Have you routinely cleaned up vomit of other GYERO pals?
- Have you brought your 4 week old to a GYERO tailgate?
- Have you pulled your GYERO pals out of bars and bad situations to protect them?
- Have you helped GYERO pals professionally on numerous occasions?
- Have you been told to sit in a hotel room by a GYERO parent like you were a 10 year old while one of your GYERO pals gets scolded?
- Have you ridden in the back of a pickup truck Mexican style all over the South with GYERO pals?
- Have you crashed random parties in the middle of nowhere SEC land with GYERO pals?
- Were you the reason Nagasaki probably closed? See GYERO pals?
- Were you on the original infamous Keeneland party bus?
- Have you been in fights all over SEC land and always had each others backs with GYERO pals?
- Have you watched one of your GYERO pals wax a ***** less than 4 feet from your face?
- Etc. Etc. Etc.

Put me on ignore. I don't know you. Don't care to know you. Give me Boat and his wackass 350 yard drive and Porsche humblebrags. B/c you know what? He's earned his stripes. And he'll never go on ignore. I'll never put one of my GYERO pals on ignore...except Chief.

Good day sir.

I wish I was a stupid day trader like PTI seems to believe. I saw talk that MGT, sitting at .90 last week, was going to explode this week. And sure enough, someone has pumped it to 4.90. Some sucker is going to get left holding the bag though.

- Rack, 73.

- So I guess the entire continental US either has or will be infected with this Zika Virus?

The entire Carribean is out.

The OBGYN told us last week do not travel anywhere where there are reported cases.
