I can't wait to bump this when a 90%+ Maga crowd storms the Capitol again in a few months. It's coming.
More likely that American cities run by Democrats will burn but continue with your TDS.

Kelly is in deep s h I t.

Trump and Hegseth aren’t going to let these democrat veterans get away with what they were encouraging.

They don’t get to just encourage military service members to defy orders from the Commander In Chief because they don’t agree with his politics.

“The Pentagon on Monday said that it was reviewing what it called “serious allegations of misconduct against” Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, who was among six Democratic lawmakers harshly criticized by President Donald Trump for urging members of the military to refuse to follow unlawful orders.
The Defense Department did not detail the claims against Kelly, who is a retired captain in the U.S. Navy. The department also did not say who made the allegations.”

“But in a statement revealing the probe on X, the Pentagon suggested that the investigation relates to Kelly’s comments about the power of service members to refuse to follow illegal orders.”

In the past, these people were all untouchable.
Not anymore.

As a veteran, you have an obligation and a standard to live up to.

Senator Mark Kelly was elected in Arizona back in 2020, when there was still massive election fraud in Maricopa County.

But the Hegseth Pentagon is now investigating him.
He better lawyer up!

“The Pentagon said that a “thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures.”
“This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality,” the Pentagon said in the statement.
“The Department of War reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the [Uniform Code of Military Justice] for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces,” the post.
“All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful,” the post said. “A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.”

teran. As a retiree you are still subject to the UCMJ. So Kelly can be recalled and court martialled.

I don't know what they were trying to accomplish with their video. Even Soltkin admitted she knows of no unlawful orders given by Trump. The "6" reference the oath to uphold the constitution as if most soldiers have ever read the constitution, They left out the part of the oath to "carry out the orders of those appointed over me".

How in the world do we expect a soldier to know an unlawful order when, just for example, when sued over sending troops to cities we have judges deciding one way, only to be overturned on appeal by different judges. And these guys have years studying law, still they can't agree on what's legal or not.

The gap between "I don't know what they were trying to accomplish" and "what they said is seditious which is punishable by death" is so wildly large as to be laughable.

This is an accurate analysis of the current status imo.

Understand the gameplan. They are desperate. They lost the shutdown. They have no leverage. Their effort to drive Trump's numbers down failed. They failed with MTG. Their hoax, the epstein files, failed. They might be losing their proxy war leverage as Ukraine and Russia appear close to peace. Their RESISTANCE is dead. It's dead, Jim. They are at the weakest I've ever seen them in my lifetime. Their media isn't enough. They have redistricting coming up. They have scotus rulings on birthright citizenship, voting rights act, and tariffs on deck. If they lose one of thrm they are deep trouble. Their funding has been cutoff. Their slaughterhouses of planned parenthood have been defunded.

They are now throwing **** at the wall and hoping it sticks or causes some type of resistance.

Their entire leadership is under threat of grand juries.

But, hey, some doomer or panican cries its all over for Trump and people freak out.

Trump is at his absolute strongest that he has ever been. His opposition is in tatters and they are scared 😱

RESISTANCE: Ten months after Trump ordered reinstatement of troops purged by Biden’s Covid mandate, only 86 have been restored. Pentagon holdovers, led by DEI bureaucrat Stephanie Miller, are blocking Trump’s order.

The War Department has reinstated only 86 service members despite Trump’s January directive to restore all troops forced out under Biden’s Covid shot mandate. Officials blame Stephanie Miller, the DoW undersecretary controlling personnel systems, who designed and enforced the original mandate and previously served as the Pentagon’s DEI chief. Her husband’s work as a defense and pharmaceutical lobbyist adds further conflict concerns. Hegseth and senior Trump deputies have spent months fighting internal resistance to comply with the order.

Stephen Miller calls for the ‘Seditious Six’ to be “held accountable under the law and under the Uniform Code of Military Justice for a seditious conspiracy against the United States of America.”💥

He went on to explain that this is the CIA playbook for a color revolution and they knew exactly what they were doing:

“This is completely shut. Open and straight forward. What is the motivation?…

For what purpose would you ever deliver this message? As you said, it’s to create a color revolution. It is the CIA playbook for trying to foment insurrection from within the military and within the CIA.

We saw after Charlie Kirk was assassinated, members of the armed forces openly celebrating his murder… and now they’re getting a message from Kelly and from other members of Congress saying defy your commanders?…

That kind of language will get people killed. It endangers our national security. It is dangerously radicalizing, and it has all the evidence of willfulness and intent.”

The fake news media can spin their wheels all they want to cover for them, but it sounds like the Trump administration is not letting this go.

FAFO.

I might ask, if all these are illegal, whay haven't the 6 democrats taken some direct legal action? Why put the burden on some 18 year old private E1?
You might ask but I'm not answering that dumb, intellectually dishonest question. Maybe one of the nicer ones here will.

And do you think what they said was fomenting revolution as the MAGA chuds on here feel? They literally read the military code of conduct.

For once, please admit that this is dumb and Trump and MAGA is wrong if you want to be taken seriously at all.

I'm starting to think Mark Kelly would make a great president. Wouldn't that be divine justice?

Two National Guard members shot in Washington, D.C., and their condition isn't known, AP sources say | AP News https://share.google/WeVOlJs9iW9WU66vp

This is bad. I'm certain they'll blame it on a trans person who wrote anti Maga messaging on the bullets.

The stuff you posted was stupid crap not applicable to military chain of command and all that stuff was subsequently overturned. How bout getting the facts straight before throwing s h I t at the wall.

why is that intellectually dishonest. All those members of Congress also took an oath to defend the constitution. They have the means, but decided to put the burden on the backs of soldiers. To me that seems intellectually dishonest.

Coordinated actions. Its obvious what's occurring.

BREAKING: It's been revealed that a nonprofit linked to George Soros is fomenting sedition within the military around the same time a "script" went out to Democrat members of Congress urging rebellion within the ranks against President Trump.

There are also links to ANTIFA.

On November 11th - just days before the video - the National Lawyers Guild published a page urging service members to refuse "illegal" orders.

The same talking point in the video.

Win Without War has put up a billboard in NC urging chaos and dissent within the ranks, a group linked to a 501(c)(4) backed by Soros' Open Society. The group was previously named New Security Action.

As per @DataRepublican, Win Without War is partnered with the National Lawyers Guild.

National Lawyers Guild is a supporter of antifa.

And to wrap it all together? Sen. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) said on national TV a "script" was sent to him. He ended up not participating, but admitted it was coordinated from an external party.

There it is.

Rope them ALL IN to this investigation. THIS RUNS DEEP.

BREAKING - Ken Dilanian justifies the shooting of two National Guardsmen in DC.

Dilanian: “There’s a lot of controversy right now with ICE, who are also wearing uniforms and masks. Some Americans might object to that, and apparently this shooting has happened.”

What a sick man
