If my kid sees a guy drop a $100 bill on the ground and doesn't pick it up and I yell at him after the fact and say that we don't leave money laying on the floor. I didn't really tell him to steal, but I sure as hell insinuated that he should have taken the $100 no matter who it rightly belonged to.

My original reply to you was about how this stance on fighting with your team ,another team , whatever it may be would be viewed totally different by most on this board if the coach who was encouraging their team to actively seek out more fighting when a skirmish broke out were white. Because coach Prime is black, he gets a standing ovation for his stance. If we were debating PJ or Bert right now, I feel you may have a different view.
See I think having my teammate's back is to get the fool #68 away from the shoving match and to the sideline and then get the extra point team on the field. #68 was the instigator.
As an aside, if I wanted to have my teammate's backs, as an offensive player, I would have joined the defensive unit and kicked the **** out of #68 for being a dumbass and hurting the team with a pointless penalty.
