I agree with this, based on the level of competition tonight, and their overall record (Home and away).

To me her turnovers were out of control and she was shooting 35%. She was really propped up by her 100% free throw percentage (which shouldn’t be discounted.)
In her best game (32 points) she needed 28 shots. Went 7-17 from 3. That means she went 3-11 in her layup/midrange.
Top 10-12 ain’t bad, I just don’t think she really turned it on until mid-late June.
It really wasn’t anything offensive. Kind of got tangled up when she was behind someone and ref called it immediately when they were trying to get away from each other.
AR climbed over the back of the defender, and then shoved her during the play.
She got injured, missed a few games, had a minutes restriction and those numbers dropped. The first 5 games is the start of the season, not the beginning. Let's just see what a healthy CC can do in the finish of the season.

From what I see, the Fever only have 4 regular season games left. I missed that, at first. If they can split with the Lynx, that would be nice. Oh, and win the other 2.
Going 4-1 in the last 4 games of a season....has it ever been done before in any sport at any level?

Posting late - was traveling yesterday and watched late last night. Cc was incredible. Could have had 20 assists. Km had a sweet dish and was also incredible. Boston wasn’t dominant, they played a bad first quarter, and they still scored 111. Such a fun team to watch.
Ya if you look at the final score you’d never guess they were down by nearly 20.
Clark had a monster start to the 4th. She also had a few steals which turned momentum big time.
They win more when she has more than four turnovers, and they weren’t out of control. Top 10-12 in a league that doesn’t have 10-12 really good guards is very bad. Nearly every guard in the league would kill to have a beginning of the season like she had. That’s like saying Michael Jordan had a lot of turnovers for the early part of the season, so he’s not a top 10 guard so far. Or Magic Johnson’s shooting percentage was down early so he wasn’t a top 10 point guard.
But an injury and restricted minutes doesn’t cause a player to go from the top one or two in the league to 11th. The biggest thing that hurts Clark are unrealistic expectations by her fans and her haters. She’s doing things no other player in the history or the league has done and people shrug their shoulders and talk about her turnovers or she’s not shooting a high enough percentage.
This is idiotic. You’re violating your own critical. It’s a full year and shes more than made up for it. And her slow start is measured on the CC standard. Totality of the year and what she’s accomplished even with a “slow start” is even more impressive. MVP.
I remember thinking when Caitlin set the single game record with 19 at Dallas in her first season that now, NOW her teammates have got used to Caitlin's style and passes and Caitlin will easily be able to average 10+ assists per game going forward.
Not so much, but given the right circumstances it seems like it HAS TO happen for one season at least.
