The story was that a girl who lived on that street drove there, and left Willis and his girlfriend drunk in the car. The driver went in her house.

Don't believe this is close to the same as hitting his girlfriend and pushing her down stairs. However that may be the problem. Kansas fans see the two incidents as the same.

DIsappointing story if true. He would be removed from the team if so.

Weird how neither Cal nor Self saw this coming when they were Bragg's 2 finalists.
Calipari absolutely stopped recruiting Bragg. If Calipari had wanted him, even a little bit, Bragg would have committed here (he almost tried anyway by naming Kentucky while picking up his Kansas hat).

Calipari already had Skal locked up and thought he had Zimmerman with an outside shot at Diallo. I don't think Cal stopped recruiting Bragg for character issues, I actually doubt that, but he did stop recruiting him.

Has anyone said they were the same? Seems like they are totally different and Willis has all ready went thru his sh8tstorm for his ordeal. In Willis' case, he was guilty of being stupid. In Braggs case (if the allegations are true), he is guilty of being a POS and will receive whats coming to him.

SOP indeed for cold cocking and throwing a girl friend down a flight of stairs.

Judicial process must be a slow as follicle growth on Self's dome there in Lawrence.

Or SOP for someone who has a vengeful ex who makes **** up. Would work the same in either situation. Just saying fact he wasn't bailed out or ROR means nothing given the SOP KS has for these incidents.

In Ks you can't get out until the bail hearing every day at 3. Bail was set at $500. He is out. Im guessing Self takes this very serious. Cant believe Bragg was smiling in his mug--total idiot

Has it been conclusively proven that he hit this ex-girlfriend and pushed her down the stairs or is it merely alleged and internet rumor based on the required police report?

I know that ghetto b*'s be crazy. I've seen ex-gf's go after boys with the closest thing they can get their hands on.

Let's say that this girl attacked Bragg and he was defending himself (putting his hands up, trying to get away/around her) and in trying to remove himself from the situation, he bumped her and she slipped and fell down some stairs. Would this situation make him a woman abuser and bad apple? If it would, what would you have done if attacked by some ex-girlfriend?

Now on the other hand if they were arguing and he simply slapped-a-ho and pushed her down the stairs, he should be kicked off the team.

It's only in the world of sports that we seem to readily think lightly of this kind of behavior. It's pathetic. Any man who lays a finger on a woman is scum, regardless of how "ghetto" she might be.
Thank you, I was just preparing to type out something akin to this.

I think what's really sad is that, in our country now,so many young men aren't taught respect for women. While it may be true that there are those females who don't deserve respect due to their terrible behavior, nevertheless we've seen a huge decline is respect among all of humanity towards one another. IMO there's just something inherently terrible about a man who has no respect for a woman, and treats her like he might a man and hit her. Those types should be locked up for good.

The Kansas City media & Kansas fans act as though Self walks on water & runs the cleanest program in college basketball. Of course that is a complete lie. Self consistently recruits thugs & kids that other schools can't or won't take. He bends & breaks every rule cause no one will seriously investigate the piece of crap. Self is the dirtiest, most unethcal, & biggest dirtbag in all of the sport.
Hang on. I know we all like to take shots at whomever, or whatever program or coach we happen to be ripping at the time, but I can't agree with this. Rick Pitino says Hi. There is no bigger dirtbag than that guy. Bill Self isn't even in the conversation here. I think we can think of ten other more deserving coaches for that category than Self.

Haven't heard any details, but it could be minor. Remember that kid at UL a few years back? I don't remember how long he missed, but he definitely came back.
Which one? Bananahands? There are actually several that RP suspended, brought back for the UK game, then permanently kicked off the team after the UK game.

100% spot on! I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt, until proven otherwise! An accusation is just that...an accusation! If found guilty of hitting her and pushing her down the flight of stairs, then kick him off the team! If what happened is self defense (like this poster explained), I don't think he deserves any punishment! SOME women feel that they can get away with anything, so that's why I'm willing to see how this plays out before condemning the kid!

If she was seriously threatening his body harm or his life....... she'd have charges on her too. By the way.. thats the only excuse to ever push a woman down the stairs or hurt her.

I say take the girl, tie a concrete block to her feet and throw her off a bridge. If she's innocent, she won't sink. Wait y'all said b*ches, not witches. Never mind.

Lock him up till the trial,

Seven witnesses according to Daily Mail report. I'd say those witnesses helped the officers make the decision they made.

Could have been Preston Knowles. When the story first came out UofL announced he was going to be suspended indefinitely. RP suspended him for two exhibition games. He assaulted his girlfriend's father with a hair brush.
