Obviously you would never admit your judgement and condemnation of him was premature

So you double down accusing him of being altered and still doing wrong by pushing the crazy chick away from him.

Is it possible / conceivable that Braggs side of the story is the true one and she wouldn't stop slapping/hitting him so he pushed her off of him and because she was altered she fell down?

Oh and not that it matters to you but she is not claiming ANY injury as a result.

Nothing was premature. I quoted the article written after the charges were dropped.

Wow, does that make you actually feel like you've won an argument?

Baseless accusations against someone you've never met?

Far be it from me to keep that message board victory from you that you so desperately need.

You got me. Whatever terrible things you can imagine about me must be true. I am a Jayhawk alum and fan after all.

He chose to stay there and push her down with FORCE.. ... as says the new report.

Keep being a garbage human being for thinking 8 slaps that didnt show bruising on him was enough to warrant shoving a woman down.

And like I said before........both were in the wrong. stop saying we are condemning him..... We're only saying he did something bad........ but no you make it sound like we think he belongs in jail for life or some crazy crap like that.

A real man walks away... Just like a real man is putting your scum *** on ignore.

How long will Bragg be out for? Will he have to sit till this is resolved or will self let him continue to play till this goes to court? I know Willis had his issue but he wasn't driving and was punished for it. Just curious if you think he will play again this yr and if so when? He is no where near NBA ready so that's not an option. He's an 8 yr player like perry Ellis.
You really think Willis wasn't driving??

I know he was its obvious since he's laying out in the street with his drivers side door open. I only said that because I never saw video of him actually driving the car just him **** faced on the ground outside of the car

She told the police that he hit her and pushed her down a flight of stairs. Both lies proven by video tape.

The police report never said she was pushed down a flight of stairs.. just on the stairs. The hitting her part is a Lie but the video tape shows that he shoved her with force up and onto the stairs.......

And Like I said......... you still dont hurt women unless they are seriously threatening you. No bruises or injuries on Bragg? then he should of walked away like a real man.

show me a video tape of Willis behind the wheel and I'll say he needs few games suspension.

Anyways....... Willis was absolutely stupid though. No denying it... he could of been ran over easily...

but at least Willis didnt hurt a lady. He was under the influence and got into a fight with the car....... and was man enough to walk....errr stumble away.

Listen KU fans......... go back to your damn board because you arent going to even remotely convince us that shoving a woman is ok. We were raised right here in the bible belt. If you keep posting this nonsense like Bragg is a complete innocent victim and had no wrong part to play........ then it just shows how monumentally stupid you are.... You have better odds convincing louisville to go on the straight and narrow.

It's really sad some people have nothing better to do than to wish ill on others. Even before the facts come out, and even afterwards when they're proved wrong. Just keep wishing ill no matter what.

It seems like an awful way to live life. I'm glad I'm not like that.

Is it right to shove a woman instead of walking away in this situation? Yes or no.

Kentucky's self defense laws are complicated

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - When a grand jury decided not to indict a man originally arrested for assault and tampering with physical evidence, whose charges were later upgraded to murder after stabbing that resulted in the death of a 14-year-old on a TARC bus, it was due to Kentucky's laws regarding self defense. It's not the first time the law has been used in a high-profile murder case, but that doesn't make them any less complicated.

"Self defense applies when the individual who is attacked is in imminent fear -- immediate fear -- that he is going to suffer from serious physical injury," explained Defense Attorney Bart Adams

Okay, so I'll confess that I'm guilty of reading too many Jane Austen novels. I am, I admit it.

And I'll concede that I saw historical value in Hillary Clinton's campaign for the presidency. The drumbeat of Feminism has never beat harder than it did in 2016, and I think there's a lot of social utility in that, regardless of your perspective on Hillary's policies--harmful though they might have been.

Having said all of that, Feminism would counsel that Bragg treated Soofi as an equal. She pushed and fought and gnashed her teeth, and he simply fought back in self-defense. Isn't this what the good, pioneer women have been demanding for the last 80 years? That when push comes to shove, the sexes are able to shove each other, just a bit, and no one thinks any different of it? I don't know . . . maybe I'm too progressive in my thinking about all of this, but I'm not a believer in double standards and I know my girl, Jane Austen, isn't either.

Why am I not suprised. Brady Morningstar got a 9 game suspension for a dui. Albeit a misdemeanor battery charge he should atleast have to sit out a few games. The guy makes skal look like shaq. He's completely soft and doesn't want to play the 4/5 because that would require him to put effort into rebounding and playing tough down low. On the national board Kansas fans say he sucks and he's a ***** and should get kicked off the team. I'll give self credit he can really take 5 star players and turn them into 4 yr players with his excellent ability to underdevelop players so they are stuck there 4 years

Ha, I don't think you read the thread. I'm all for giving other players hell, but in this case he isn't facing a battery charge. She is and apparently lied to police. Nothing pisses me off more then people who try to ruin others lives by lying about something like this.

Had a good friend who was accused of sexual harassment at work (falsely) after giving a woman a negative performance review. Thankfully she was crazy enough that the truth finally came out, but there are plenty of instances where that's not the case.

still not going to admit he should of walked away huh?

The good news is we can delete the part about you being in "the Bible Belt" where this doesn't happen. If Kentucky allows you to murder (actual charge) a 14 year old and then consider it self defense, I'm sure pushing a crazy violent woman away from you is just fine.

Bragg would've been released in Kentucky too. There's something called the law. Look into it. If you don't like the law, work to change it.

No bruises....um, ok, so he should be allowed to suffocated & die?! He was being choked around the neck!

No charges filed and the accuser is now being charged. She seems like a POS who has done this multiple times. He should be able to play immediately, imo.

At least let the kid learn some hard lessons in time before ganging up and trying to champion him like they are
Champion him?

You keep using the word "shove" implying a greater use of force than was necessary. Police after watching the video (have you?) say Bragg pushed her away - implying using the minimum force necessary to get away from her.

You - black and white only. No excuse for ever "touching a woman"

Real life isnt that cut and dried.

You can't allow in your judgement that he has been completely cleared while she is now charged but he must still be a scumbag

Get real - even though I know you won't..

Because if this was a rival (any of KU, UNC, Duke, Louisville) he's a POS to you

Put a UK Jersey on him and your singing a very different tune

Glad to see only you and Aike are the ones still pushing this narrative on this board. You 2 are the ones off the reservation on this.

"After being struck by female, the male forcefully shoves her away from him causing the female to fall backwards up the ascending stairs behind her,” according to the prosecutor’s office release.

Just quoting from the article written after the charges were dropped.

Off the reservation? Not sure why you guys keep pulling Derek Willis into this.

That's racist.
