Shooters do...3% specialists, not so much
No, Steph Curry is not going through riot like rebounding drills.
Steve Kerr while at Zona or in the NBA was not "mixing it up" with centers to see if he could box out.

Just like QB's don't go through tackling drills or learn how to tackle or do Oklahoma drills.
Dumb analogy. I’ll leave it at that

you've got a lot of players struggling with mixed messages

it has been a clown show the 4 years prior, now you have some assistants who actually know what it takes to run a power 5 program and are running things accordingly

however, it is not lost on the players that these assistants immediate upline remains the head clown that has been the ring leader of the entire circus for the last 4 years - lots of confusion

This would be like making your 3 point specialist go through rugged rebounding drills and charge drills.

It is amazing, punters and kickers practice for 15 minutes at the start...then they go in and lift, watch TV, get in the tub, do HW and then they come back out for the last 15 minutes...no one freaks the **** out about it. Even though we all pretend that they are 1/3 of the game.
No, we are talking about things like showing up or not.

And this ain’t basketball, and WR is not a specialist.

Personally, I think there's a good chance he will return to the team before fall camp.
Pretty much. He doesn't realize it now but he will have a ton of regret the rest of his life if he quits because he's soft.

Man, do people turn nasty against a player in a hurry. We don't know what his reasons or plans are. All these suppositions about his intelligence, his place on the depth chart, his drive, etc. is just clucking in the coop.

I’ll guarantee you both are different narrative’s..

Make sure you flush yourself down the toilet when leaving here..

Since you seem to be up on this situation, can you compare / contrast for us Crouch's level of preparation vs Betts' level of preparation by their third year in the program?

Also, was Betts kicked out or did he leave on his own?

You seem to be keen on both.

Tell us the story in your obvious expert analysis.

I readily admit I don't know jack squat about Betts' departure.

And therefore can't draw a comparison to Crouch's departure.

Which is why I'm asking the guy up here who knows a ton about it.

the contrast in the fans reaction toward each individual player leaving are like night and day, or black and white if you will

Betts is at a low point and is wondering whether it’s worth it. If he can’t commit, he is takings reps from other WRs. He could have easily been an academic casualty and gone JUCO or not at all.

Maybe. Crouch was called a "*****" by more than one person on the CNN/SI board I was on at the time.

Did the coaches kick Betts out or did he leave on his own?

There is an easy solution to this.

Don't talk out of your *** and say **** you can't back up.

Make an opinion, recognize facts, and don't be an asshat.

“Coop” dumbass. A place for chickens, hens in your specific case.
A coup is an overthrow of a legitimate government.
Go roost.

No one is ever an academic casualty at NU so that reason is out
Funny that you say that. My brother was a walk on for the NU track team. Ran a 10.3 100 meter. He told me in order to be academically ineligible it was almost impossible. Of course the next semester he was academically ineligible. He's a world class dumb@ss so I wasn't surprised. That said, it's hard to do.
