They want Caleb Williams to be Patrick Mahomes and extend plays but he's not. At least not yet.
Which coaches would Caleb perform for? Coaching may be an issue, but to ignore what Caleb is will be an issue that never gets solved.
I know Bears fans don't like hearing this, but they could have had Mahomes as well. Sick
We knew he would. They will be in the Super Bowl within four years I predict. He probably stays up at night breaking down tape on Mahomey.
Imagine still learning Caleb isn't a viable NFL QB.

this, of course, is disingenuous since they traded for the 1st pick last year.
I am kind of rooting for it at this point. but not as hard as I'm rooting for the entire coaching staff to be fired.
If there was another can't miss QB prospect in college this year and the Bears get the number one pick.. You would have to at least have that discussion if you're the Bears....but since there isn't, Caleb is definitely going to be there for another year...and a new coach will be on the sideline.
Caleb was sacked 9x on Sunday.
The Bears head coach has never won a road game on a Sunday. He’s been their coach for 3 years.
Very little of this is on Williams.

If there was an Andrew luck style generational can't miss talent available and the Bear's had a chance to snag him....I think you have the conversation. I would.
He does hold onto the ball way too long. He's also scrambling around like it's still college. This is the NFL. Stands for Not For Long if you don't improve.

the best QB in this class is probably Shedeur. I'm not sure he's better than Williams, but maybe.
I typed out earlier...but deleted it...that I wonder how much his teamates like him...and i've no idea, but with the way they don't appear to play for him...its a valid wonder.
his arm talent is pretty incredible and the weight he put on in the offseason has made him much more stout.
not sure those things overcome his general douchiness, but some team will take him toward the top of the 1st round and deservedly so.
