I've read that Ben Johnson is a lock for the Bears, but I wouldn't want my first season as a former OC now moving up to be head coach to be with the Bears. The Bears have some holes to fill. Williams is not at all the system type QB that Johnson's offense really needs. And that division is tougher than hell.
