Get stronger your freshman campaign by playing back up minutes in the best conference imo.

Year 2 you start and youre already better for the team with being looked @ NBA/ preseason accolades!!

This is exactly what I was thinking. Why visit again in June of 2026 if you don't intend to go to college untill the Fall of 2027. I think he reclassifies to 2026 and he is on the 2026 UK roster.

If he makes the visit seems like he's interested in reclassing. If he cancels we'll know it was a backup plan for Momcilovic. The biggest recruit we could land right now is Crawford for the assistant coach opening.

Why not try and sell his price tag to the boosters for this season? I guarantee you, even though he is said to be staying in HS, its not a coincidence that he is visiting a few days after Momcilovic decision. He knows well we would have been desperate if we lost out on Momcilovic, which tells me for enough jack, he would come. With everyone listing UK as a top 12-15 roster, Hampton would elevate it to top 5 on paper. Or tell the kid, if you stay in school, you take over Momcilovic paycheck next season if you sign on the dotted line today

Yes, ability to score on all 3 levels. Supposedly up to 6'7 now but with guard handles, like the rest of our team defense would be the question mark for him. His 3pt shooting isn't as good as his mid game and post game but it's serviceable and has potential to be 38%+

Floor IMO is Keldon Johnson type player in college with his Ceiling being top 3 Draft pick. He's a consensus projected lottery pick and he'd shoot us into the top 5.
