I think we’re in......People are talking about 1 more win as if there is a good possibility. Purdue on the road and then Michigan in the B1G tourney are making me think it’s probable we’ve gotten our last win before selection Sunday. Obviously hope I’m wrong but that is the reality of the situation.
I dunno why but i just have a gut feeling we end our road woes on Saturday

I'll call it likely but not definitely. After so many years, I won't believe it until I see the brackets on Selection Sunday. But another win makes it a lock.

Major style points beating the #9 team by double digits and looks great on the resume. Let’s beat Purdue for momentum, seeding and a quad 1 position in the Net.

The emphatic nature of this game seals it which obviously no one saw coming. A close win would have put RU in Dayton but because of the fashion of dominating a consensus 2 seed then they are firmly in the field.

We are an 8 or strong 9 after today. Three straight losses dropped us from that level to an 11/first four in. We’re in. Two losses aren’t dropping us lower than a 10/11. Book it. Bubble has been pretty kind.

Ceiling is a 6 if we get to B1G Finals (and if Myles is back there is a shot). Floor is an 11

If this victory followed after a win against Michigan I would have no concern hearing our name called on Selection Sunday.

But IMO we still HAVE to beat Purdue and win a game (or two) in the B1G tournament to solidify getting picked.

We are not in ( yet ) so stop the insanity...We need at least 1 more win and preferably 2...can Pike get them to play at Purdue like they did tonite? ...We are a good team but if we thought Penn State was a B1G game Purdue this Saturday is our most important game of 2020... enjoy tonite guys and get the win on Saturday...GO RU !!!!!!

If margin of victory and loss matter, especially to good teams, we’re in.

Why do you think we need two more wins?

We are in. Whooping the #9 by double digits. 20 pt lead at one point. 4 ranked wins by double digits.

let’s whoop Purdue this weekend, but I feel good and I think this bounce back is huge for our team morale and momentum. Go ru.

We're in. We destroyed 4 top 25 teams by 10+ points, including our biggest win tonight against a #9 team that many think is Final Four caliber. And every road loss in the B1G was under 10, except 1, including several that went down to the wire (and almost all of those were to top 25 teams or top 30 NET). We had one bad loss on a neutral court and we did have one road win in the B1G. Yes, a win against Purdue or in the B1G tourney would be great for seeding, but we're in.

We’ve proven to the committee we can beat good teams. We pruved this even before tonight’s win.

we have not proven to the committee we can beat solid teams on the road. Hence why I’ve always said the Purdue game is >>>>>>>>important to our Tourny chances.

Fantastic win tonight, no doubt. But Saturday’s game was always the must win
Wrong, we're in.

Our Kenpom is 29. Our NET is likely going to be top 30 as well. Is the field going to be less than 68 teams this year?

would be tough to explain keeping a top 30 NET team out after the big wins we've had and the 500 league record in by far the best league.

I think the road win thing is overplayed by the media. Overall record is more important.

Don't forget, we have 20 conference games. The acc isn't. No .500 in league team in this conference isn't getting in the tourney. Especially having beat another top 10 team.

It's a lock. The only question is where we are seeded at this point. If you want to talk about a screw job, that's the focus.

I believe we will see at least one B1G team with a losing conference record in the tournament.

Hard to leave us out at this point. I value this win over a Purdue win. But the bottom line is we should beat Purdue. I don't care what anyone says.

Lack of road wins hurts. One more win will lock it in.
So your reasoning is 2-10 or 2-11 on the road compared to 1-11or 1-12 is a huge difference. Try for one second to find another team in the country that has beaten 4 ranked teams by double digits , and to boot an unranked team. There are no others except Rutgers. Let that sink in for a whole minute.

I think this win has put us into Dayton at the very least .

I think we are probably in; the only thing that worries me are the teams in other leagues that may go on a lucky run and win their tournaments and take our slot. If we either beat Purdue or win a game in the BIG 10 Tourney, we are a lock. Let's just leave no doubt.

Go RU!!

The eye test is no doubt a tourney team, they can play with anyone in the country. They are 100pct a top 68 team. But please win 1 more
