EJ was awesome last night. If we could get that (or close to it) consistently from him then we would be a completely different team. I'm not sure if he can play like that regularly but we all know the talent and ability is there. It's up to him now!

Great post! You are always so gracious to our players !!
-----------

Missed layup and EJ (shockingly) misses the put back.

Comical how terrible he is.

How does that crow taste? Hopefully you're all eating it and happy for him and the team.. His past few games he's been showing more and more consistency and energy and it's finally all coming out this game. Now to see if it can continue... He actually looks happy out there too! So happy for him
Bet you are sorry you created this stupid thread now.

Nobody has ever hated EJ, people just want him be productive and reach his potential and he may be on his way. He has everything you need to be successful and like Nick maybe it's starting to happen. There is always somebody like you that comes on here after somebody that has struggled most of the year has a good game. I would say you can tell us how crow tastes. Why can't you just be happy and leave the rest of it out. When you play at Kentucky nobody is immune to criticism on message boards. It comes with the territory besides most of has been constructive criticism.

What I saw from EJ last night was a hunger for the ball. He fought to get to the loose balls. He wasn't afraid of contact. I especially liked that and-1 late in the game. If he builds on this we can all look back and say this was the turning point of the season for these Cats.

Cal said the coaches had worked with EJ this week. Obviously, being more forceful and be more involved was some of what they worked on.

The only thing UK fans are guilty off is wanting perfection on or around day one. They hate waiting on development. We all need to allow these guys the time to come into their own and develop the skills for the college game.

Guys like the OP really piss me off because they seem to put themselves on a pedestal and want to make themselves look smart for calling out others once a player does well. Like they know a player is destined for greatness while others are too stupid to see it. Attention ***** comes to mind.

We can only hope, but to be honest I have seen this movie many times before, so before I get excited, I will wait a few more games.

Smart, IMHO. I'm glad I'm not the one who has to make roster decisions in a matter of a game or two. It isn't like baseball where you can wait and see how a guy does over the next ten games.

First of all let me say I have never been an EJ hater, but, a couple of decent games and one pretty good one do not equal Crow being served up for dinner, in my opinion. That being said, I am happy for him and the team that he is playing better.

How does your crow taste after the UT game? Enjoy. You deserve it.

The thing with EJ, Brooks, Sestina....we need those guys to do the dirty work. The stuff that doesn’t necessarily show up in the stat sheet. Block out, tip balls you can’t rebound, hedge hard and make it difficult on the other teams offense. We are going to get the vast majority of our scoring from the guards and Nick. These guys need to get down into the trenches and do work.

I doubt EJ will ever be the kind of guy to do the dirty work . You have to have some toughness to be that kind of player .

Our forwards are steaming garbage. When Fletcher ware and Jackson are here EJ and brooks are gonna be so far down the bench they'll be in Frankfort. As for Nate well hopefully he's got a good degree from bucknell because he won't be playing basketball for a living

And you won't be a positive influence on this board.
