I suppose Campbell could have but if it was still a game during Franklin's tenure then the status quo would have been kept as a game I would think. Then again it may have not been Franklin's decision to make it practice. Who knows what went into making the change to just a practice instead of a game situation kind of thing.

Tailgating is strictly prohibited at campus parking decks and the Orange A Katz Lot.

Pretty sure the carnival has gone away(maybe because of the construction). Not sure about the kids combine. Agree that it has been a combination of things that took the luster out of the weekend.
