My hope is it pushes Iowa off the 8/9 line to maybe a 10/7 or 11/6. lol
I wouldn't be against the Hawks being an 11-seed ..... but only if they don't need to play in Dayton first.
Definitely big brained our way off the 8/9 line. We’re playing 4D chess while everyone else is playing checkers.

Iowa will beat Purdue and Nebraska at home because Carver runs on corn-fed spite. We will lose to Wisconsin because that is apparently a State constitutional requirement. We will beat Ohio State and Penn State because … fill in the blank yourself…. And then Michigan will arrive like a fully operational farm combine and harvest our souls.

Does 20-11 with wins over Ohio State and Penn State get Iowa in? Honestly, the resume is devoid of even a single impressive win.

Good point, forgot about that one. But if TCU is last four in with wins over Florida, ISU, Wisconsin; then Iowa can’t justifiably be ahead of that resume IMO.
Does this team make the NCAA tournament? I don't know now when it seemed like a lock.
Given the remaining schedule, Tuesday night's game at home against Nebraska looks like almost a "must" win.
Agree. Unfortunately the Hawks are running out of gas. Good chance they will lose AT LEAST 5 of their last 8 games. May need to win 2+ games in the BTT. The ncaa tournament is looking iffy right now.
This is where having a team of mid major players hurts. They just aren’t physically able to withstand an entire Big Ten season.
Hawks only possible winnable game at this point is against bottom of the barrel Penn State. Everything else just looks impossible.
