PJ missed 13 FT's. It's that simple

yeah he missed them and yes that hurt........but he was the only one doing anything out there on offense.

SGA was a turnover machine today. We got nothing from Hami. Knox was missing most of the game.

Without him we lose by double digits. Play calling at the end is what pisses me off

We were in the bonus but our guards weren’t getting fouled - at all ? - the last 5 minutes.

PJ took our last 12 free throws, by the way. Made a few.

He is what he is.

And yes, the refs know who the shaky free throw shooters are.

UK had 16 made field goals and 15 turnovers. They went 23/37 from the line. SGA looked lost for most of the night. On the most critical defensive possession of the season they gave up an offensive rebound to team thohad no one taller than 6’3 on the floor. On the ensuing offensive possession, instead of running a real play, they got a fadeaway 3 pointer from Green. Just a bad night all the way around.

Plenty of errors to go around, SGA was horrid, not just a bad game but horrid. Gabriel was really bad too. In fact there wasn’t any bright spots other than PJ drawing fouls.
That wasn't a bright spot. He missed the free throughs.

lol PJ was the only one getting fouled because he was the only one aggressively driving it to the hoop without turning it over.

It got us in the bonus and sat their players for long periods, it was the only thing that kept us in the game. So it was a bright spot, drawing fouls and hitting free throws are entirely different things.

Both of those I highlighted above are COACHING, plain and simple. Cal refuses to run offensive sets to help his players, so when a player is struggling (like SGA tonight), Cal does nothing to help him.

I never said that.

Yeah fouls are called when your being aggressive. PJ was. Shai was as well. But he was a turnover machine.

So, you have made my point.

Occasionally, guys turn the ball over because they are being fouled.
