Is this the same POS that overlooked not one but TWO sex scandals. Does Howard parents know he has no morals? His kids?

As a UK fan, the upside of UofL deciding to keep Jurich will be that there will be even more scandals to enjoy in the near future.

Pitino isn't the sole entity guilty of embracing a climate lacking any and all scruples. That culture is a direct reflection of Tom Jurich's lack of ethics.

That's not to mention how the NCAA is going to view that program when going through yet another NCAA probe.

So, I beg UofL to hang on to Jurich like I'd beg my favorite band to not break up. The embarrassing material being provided to their rivals is an absolute work of art.

That Patterson letter is the most nauseating crock of **** I've ever read. Apparently, Jurich singlehandedly ran the football team and basketball team, all while designing course curricula, teaching classes, grading tests, imbuing student athletes with critical thinking, and keeping the planets of our solar system in steady orbit.

James Patterson: you are a fantastically stupid human being.

Please keep Jurich. He will insure continuous hiring of morally and ethically bankrupt coaches because his only concern is winning games. Everything he does is laser focused on winning. Ultimately, that blinds you to the big picture of actually caring about young people's lives and the influence you have on them. When he chose to keep Pitino and Petrino in charge of these young men, he made it perfectly clear where his priorities lie. This ideology will continue to bring ruin to the school which is fine by me. Go cheat on your wife....go pay for an abortion....go buy some hoes....go buy a player.....Go Cards!!!

I am honestly embarrassed for UL fans. Don't get me wrong, I'm loving the show as they implode, but it has to be humiliating to give up every last shred of dignity to beg Postel to bring back Jurich. The scandals that cost them their reputation and banners and millions of dollars don't faze them, they just want Tom Jurich to love them and take care of them.

Well, that's two - but there will be more. My guess is this is coordinated to some extent. Release each one individually so they all get some exposure. Trying to create the idea that the movement is bigger than it really is.

I heard Bob Valvano say one of the local tv stations ran a poll, and 81% said it was time for both Pitino and Jurich to go.

In the end, this isn't going to matter. Grissom and Postel will ensure Jurich is done.

It's hard to erase a stain like that, his presence is why they have the violations and suspicion affecting their program. What's bad is some still want the idiot around, wow, talk about the culture of the program. It sounds like the death penalty needs to be applied if they still can't see Tommy boy is the architect of the scandals.

So let's put this in a nutshell....school is looking at huge problems because of bribery, but supporters are counting on coercion from donors holding BACK money to keep the guy that was defending the guy asking for bribes.

Meantime, Denny Crum is fired while record ending from stroke, D Griffith released, couple former players refused access to facilities and Jurich said he would have fired Pitino if he had known he was coach 2.

Louisville first, cardinal forever you bet.

Keeping Jurich is a dangerous path. It demonstrates to the NCAA that there is a LOIC. To the City and the State, it says all the corruption between the Athletic Department and the University Foundation is fine. More importantly to the University President and the chairman of the BOT, it says Tommy-Boy is untouchable. If this goes down, I would expect Postel, Grissom, and multiple other trustees to resign. Good luck getting any quality President after that.

The main reason they want Jurich to stay is so he can keep the secrets hidden. As a state tax payer, I'm more than ready for the curtain to be pulled all the way back.

This is exactly what's going on.

After all the information about the shady dealings between the athletic department and the Foundation have come out, I'm just curious as to how much of the sports upgrades have come from money that was supposed to go elsewhere (the academic side, charity, etc)? I'd be willing to bet all the financing for those projects wasn't exactly on the "up and up".

These people want Jurich retained because if he's gone they will have lost their grip on the media. It will be much harder to cover up the dead cheerleaders and triple shootings at their football parties.

That sort of looks like him because of the facial hair, but I looked again and am not convinced. But it would be awesome if true, so I am just going to pretend it is true, in true Coach 2 fashion.
