I think if the story was different the eye witnesse's at the scene would have taken his side. Anyway unless she had a gun or a knife he should have just walked away, he did not so he is a POS.

I'm surprised news outlets are not doing a bit more reporting. several of us old folk have kids who go there and were there when this went down and they're talking nonstop... What the kids say: They were at a party at the DU frat, the girl's a sophomore in the Theta house and was there with several friends. There were dozens of people all around them and many are reporting that Saleeha (the girl) was pushing and hitting on Carlton and he was simply trying to get her off him. They say there was no fall down stairs and no injuries to her. They also say she has called police more than once on other boys that she has gotten into arguments with. So, who knows the truth. Seems like bad behavior all the way around, including the drunken chaos of a frat party. But there certainly were lots of witnesses. Hoping facts can be established fast.
And UL tried to say that Katina Powell was lying and making everything up. Remember what they had many players and students say on behalf of UL?
by the way .........earlier when I said the boosters were p*ssed because they now have to pay 8 people off........... I wasnt effing lying.
All charges against Bragg dropped, and charges being levied on accuser. Security cam caught it all on tape and proved she completely lied. Saved our boosters some money eh STL?

The reason the charges were dropped was because of the technicality that him shoving her can become self defense with her slapping him...... Not because she lied.......but thats just splitting hairs.
also...... this guarantees him he'll play again this year and thats good for him. Should still probably sit out another game or two just to teach him to stay away from those situations and dont put your hands on a woman unless she's really trying to kill you. Yeah, without seeing the video its hard to tell. I generally agree with not putting your hands on women and just walk away. Nobody got shoved up stairs and to my knowledge neither are charged with being drunk or high. Proud...nah Bragg is just lucky there was video or he would be screwed. Now he will have to deal with Self's punishment.
well the article I read said he shoved her onto the stairs meaning the stairs were going up.....

Not sure how you suspect someone being undertake influence of drugs unless its like meth or something. Nothing wrong with a college kid being drunk on stop day.

How long will Bragg be out for? Will he have to sit till this is resolved or will self let him continue to play till this goes to court? I know Willis had his issue but he wasn't driving and was punished for it. Just curious if you think he will play again this yr and if so when? He is no where near NBA ready so that's not an option. Why am I not suprised. Brady Morningstar got a 9 game suspension for a dui. Albeit a misdemeanor battery charge he should atleast have to sit out a few games. The guy makes skal look like shaq. He's completely soft and doesn't want to play the 4/5 because that would require him to put effort into rebounding and playing tough down low. On the national board Kansas fans say he sucks and he's a ***** and should get kicked off the team. 2. Kansas, even with Bragg, is not good enough to be a top4 team come March.. Kansas Won't beat Kentucky/Duke/UNC/UCLA come tournament time. They snuck one out against Duke when they were without their 3 top recruits.. they do have a chance to beat Kentucky because of our youth..
but they aren't winning the title. The top teams are too talented this year.
