Yeah, Cut-Nets is the worst. I agreed with zaytoven about something awhile back, he's probably not a troll but often has bad takes. Cut-Nets has to be a troll, I saw where someone suspected him of being a Memphis fan, that would make sense.

Murray reminds me more of...



Same height, similar weight. Could hit the 3 and throw down a highlight dunk now and then. Of course this guy was a 2x Champion and tournament MOP.

I think Murray will be fine. He has the right mindset and motivation from what I can see. I'd be more concerned about Skal. He's like Wiltjer 2.0, except he can't hit 3's and he isn't quite as strong :cool:

Brandon Knight is my favorite guard Cal has had while here...but Jamal Murray is a better overall player. When he gets a couple trip Dub this year I'm gonna bump this thread to the top.

Not to bash Archie, but you needed a 45 caliber pistol to get Archie to pass the ball, plus Murray is technically a senior in high school at this point in his career. The only fault I see in Murray is at times he drops his head going into the lane.

It is always the players. If the players play well it is because of a great coach. If the players perform poorly, it is always because of overrated players. Maybe it is as simple as a player and system mismatch.

And? Archie would get really hot at times also. Doesn't make up for the fact that he played like horse ish for the first half and for most of the year. One half doesn't make up for all the poor shots and turnovers he's had.

Now if he would play smart and more like what he did in the second half today then I would change my opinion but it has to be proven more than once.

Knight and Wall supporting cast was a little better than Murray's. A lot better actually. we have zero inside presence. Murray will have to carry us if we stand a chance at the Turdbirds. Cal, why no zone?
