Not remotely the same thing or time. Back then what happened to Fair was career ending. It’s not now. Not even then was that the case for turf toe.Ghosts of David Fair. A shooting stair in the night.

If we had an OL to protect him. But Jeffie doesn't do the tough stuff in 'cruitin'.Surgery this week.
That's a good point. Gotta wonder why????So the Other Freshman QB McWorter Chose State over Georgia, Florida and Florida State and was originally committed to West Virginia in 2024. But, he was a 3 star QB at Cass High School. Rashada is a Redshirt Junior, although there is no such thing as a redshirt now. Swann has started multiple games at Vanderbilt, throwing for 2700 yards and App State where he played in 10 games last season. But not good enough to top the redshirt from Jackson Prep. Goodness gracious!
Who wanted this?Again, depth costs money. It’s the new world that a lot of you blasting Lebby now wanted…..well, you got it. Where are your millions it takes to play the game now?
Well it's basically academic even if surgery was postponed till after the season. He had the bye and LSU game to heal and was obviously far from ok Saturday. It sounded like it was bad as it has been when he left for the locker room.Surgery this week.
Surgery this week.
In between Mizzou and Bama is when it arose. But to your point, not in the Bama game. Its my understanding he got injured against Missouri.
6-6???? show me two more winsWe’re going to end up 6-6 with an egg bowl loss this year. Maybe we’ll be better next year. Maybe we won’t be and it’ll be a repeat of
the last few years. Either way, I’ll probably end up watching other games around the nation and enjoying them more than my Alma mater, which is a very sad metric, but very true in the end
Directly it's on the coach, but when we keep having to hire/fire coaches every 2-3 years, then the people making those decisions need to be looked at. Keenum's not going anywhere until he wants to, though. If our football team can’t win, is that ultimately on the coach or is it on the man who hired the coach? There should be some accountability somewhere.
6-6 us being optimistic, but Tennessee state and vandy6-6???? show me two more wins
Here’s the ugly truth about team doctors. They will do anything to say a player is good to play whether he is or isn’t. Their job is to get the player back ASAP, not to protect the player or to his long term health. It why Hurts played with blood clots after being kept awake for 36 hours & Tua still plays after a dozen concussions. It why the average lifespan of an nfl player is shockingly short.surely we had a team doctor that told the coaches that this was a pretty serious injury and he didn't need to rush back to playing yet.
Keenum's first priority is not hiring a football coach or AD, but it seems he's not doing all that well in the academic regard either given the school ratings. Plus, I don't think he presents all that good an image for the university given his good ole boy way of doing things.Directly it's on the coach, but when we keep having to hire/fire coaches every 2-3 years, then the people making those decisions need to be looked at. 5-7 may be more realistic, having not seen Vandy this year. But they couldn't have fallen to rock bottom after last year.6-6 us being optimistic, but Tennessee state and vandy
Vandy has won 3 games. App State Delaware and some other cupcake. They do have a bye week before we play them so they should be prepared5-7 may be more realistic, having not seen Vandy this year. But they couldn't have fallen to rock bottom after last year.
I have lived long enough in my MSU fandom to see Sleepy Robinson, and now KT. I think it’s time to put a full time exorcist on staff.lWe are 17ing cursed. Tear down DWS and build a shrine to the Indians and build another stadium somewhere else. This is 17ing ridiculous. We’ve had basically no hope since Leach died and as soon as we get a sliver of hope and think things might be back on track, our once in a generation quarterback gets injured. Back to having no hope again. Unbelievable.
Could be but the coach makes the decision.surely we had a team doctor that told the coaches that this was a pretty serious injury and he didn't need to rush back to playing yet.

I’m going with 7-5. We could have won 9 games with a healthy K1 all season.5-7 may be more realistic, having not seen Vandy this year. But they couldn't have fallen to rock bottom after last year.
What doesn't make sense is who watched him prep for this game and thought he was ready. You could tell right away he didn't need to be out there.Kamario tried to tough it out. I appreciate him giving it a go today but you could tell he was severely affected.

I think Puckett can beat Vandy and TnTech to give us a 6-6 worksheet and a bowl. Don't even care if it's the Birmingham, Shreveport, or Liberty. As long as we can get the needed extra practice and swag bags.....like the guys who have worked hard to get something. So looking like another sub 500 season. Wonderful.![]()
I watched Swann a lot at Vandy. He was pretty good. Even against the upper echelon SEC teams. Is he hurt? That's a good point. Gotta wonder why????
The doctor has a lot to say about the situation. Theres a reason they have malpractice insurance and coaches don't have dumbass decision insurance. Here is the ugly truth. The doctors don’t make the final decision. The coach does
He was awful at App State last season.I watched Swann a lot at Vandy. He was pretty good. Even against the upper echelon SEC teams. Is he hurt?
He’s a rebel troll who now donates to Our NIL with his 1878 membershipBan this guy
I swear that may have been me sitting next to you. No kidding.I remember the day that I was out on Croom. I was sitting in the upper deck and the score was 3-2. State got a turnover on Auburn's 40. I jumped up screamed and the guy next to me said why you excited? He had kept his seat. I said, all we need is a few yards and field goal. He looked at me in a matter of fact tone and said, "It won't matter." 4 plays later, State was punting from it's own 40. Game over
I am not quite there yet but, I will not be an apologist no more.
I was that guy for a buddy. He got all excited when we got the ball back, and I remember leaning over saying something along the lines of we are not going to score. When we were walking back to the Polo’s later to see some tail he told me to 17 off, but that I was right. I will be honest I have a 4 year old daughter, and it is getting harder to answer when she asks me why we seem to lose most of the games we play. Honestly coming up new answers for that for the last 4 years is getting a little old.I remember the day that I was out on Croom. I was sitting in the upper deck and the score was 3-2. Sorry he's going to have surgery, but I really don't care anymore.Surgery this week.
Do they though? Take a look at his record with and without Pavia. It's pretty similar to Lebby and K1, but just more sample size.Vandy has a pretty good coach though.
I had given up on the FG possibility when they got the punt off in the end zone. I honestly thought we had a better chance to block the punt in the end zone to go up 4-3 than any chance of offensive points.I remember the day that I was out on Croom.
