1. We obviously want KT to be our starter but, I think the team can actually improve a little by than what we are now by stopping all the "will he play?" "Day to day" stuff & just letting the new starter get all the reps during the week.

2. I don't ever want to hear people complain about how MSU are always waiting for the other shoe to drop anymore. We all had so much hope this year & saw the proof of concept only to be completely screwed with both shoes & our family's shoes dropping. Right when we were officially digging out of the Leach hole, we're thrown right back into it.

3. Why don't we have a backup QB worth a crap? Because Swan kept getting re-injured since he got here & never learned the offense.

Just a complete, abject disaster.

So the Other Freshman QB McWorter Chose State over Georgia, Florida and Florida State and was originally committed to West Virginia in 2024. But, he was a 3 star QB at Cass High School. Rashada is a Redshirt Junior, although there is no such thing as a redshirt now. Swann has started multiple games at Vanderbilt, throwing for 2700 yards and App State where he played in 10 games last season. But not good enough to top the redshirt from Jackson Prep. Goodness gracious!

We are 17ing cursed. Tear down DWS and build a shrine to the Indians and build another stadium somewhere else. This is 17ing ridiculous. We’ve had basically no hope since Leach died and as soon as we get a sliver of hope and think things might be back on track, our once in a generation quarterback gets injured. Back to having no hope again. Unbelievable.

My thought before you mentioned this...
While watching the game was, Wow he hasn't healed a lick in three weeks and so it's not all of a sudden going to get better these last 5 weeks.

So it makes sense. He's done either way. surgery or no surgery

He was limping in pregame. No surprise. Given results from the folks we beat earlier, we had a pretty decent football team, but with little depth. Depth costs money these days. This is as much on us as it is Lebby. I’m still on the fence when it comes to Lebby as a coach. There are a lot of things I don’t like. Many I do. I ain’t going to defend him or attack him. Again, depth costs money. It’s the new world that a lot of you blasting Lebby now wanted…..well, you got it. Where are your millions it takes to play the game now? That is an absolutely serious question, and the ONLY one that matters now. We ain’t poor, except compared to the neighborhood we live in.

We’re going to end up 6-6 with an egg bowl loss this year. Maybe we’ll be better next year. Maybe we won’t be and it’ll be a repeat of
the last few years. Either way, I’ll probably end up watching other games around the nation and enjoying them more than my Alma mater, which is a very sad metric, but very true in the end

It appears that he was going to be hobbled and mostly unavailable either way. I hate it for the young man but I’m glad to hear that they are going to do the right thing for him.
