Known for racist ideology- yeah that’s very specific. lol
Housing discrimination- so that only applies to blacks
DEI - who ever came up with that is racist. Shouldn’t people be hired on merit and not race?
Birther conspiracy- I assume you’re talking about if you’re born in the US, you should be a citizen even though your parents broke the law to get here. Talk to people who came here legally and did the work to become US citizens. It really pisses them off too. I guess they’re racist too.
Increased hate crimes against BIPOC - That’s more from media rhetoric than Trump. The only people that are still discriminated against are the indigenous people. Why do you think so many multiracial people claim their race as black? It benefits them.
The ones who scream racism are usually the ones that are racist. They try to divert attention away from themselves. Would that be you?
The 2 words "racist ideology," taken together as a single linguistic construct, is not remotely specific... which is why I followed it with a list. How did you miss that?
Donald Trump's housing discrimination was specifically involving BIPOC, yes, absolutely.
You misunderstand what DEI is, just like Charlie Kirk and our President wanted. It does not eschew merit. It makes sure that qualified people are not omitted because of their race or other historically marginalized demographics. Would you deny that highly qualified BIPOC and women have been denied opportunities in the past?
No, the birther conspiracy is specifically about questioning our first ever Black President's citizenship. This one is so completely and thoroughly decided as racist you just need to read the room, and if you disagree, the burden is now on you to argue against an issue that was determined a long time ago.
FBI stats back up the stats on hate crimes. Known white supremacists have been very vocal in their support of Trump since his first campaign. It is not a coincidence.
"The ones who scream racism are usually the ones that are racist." That's stupid aML. Always has been. It's a much more common racist tactic to deny racism at every turn.
"Would that be you?" I'm open to the possibility that I still have some learning and unlearning to do about being antiracist, yes. And I do that work. I don't see enough intellectual curiosity or self-reflection for it to be worth my asking the same question in return.
