Point being teams have 20 guys who don't start and not everyone is a NCAA champ every year. You can win at many places these days and regardless of what you guys say Iowa is still one of them
Guys go to all kinds of schools and win matches. The back and forth here started with what "elite" kids want to accomplish. If winning a national title is a true and reasonable goal for an "elite" recruit, no Iowa is not a very logical choice. They do not typically develop national champs.
If going to a program that has an unbelievable history, strong fan support and will develop you into one tough SOB who wins a majority of your competitive opportunities but almost certainly will not end with you winning a national title then Iowa is your program.

I think everyone reasonable understood your premise. Regardless of responses, this is where you don't need to respond as it seems desperate to make a point that was already made. Let it go with a smile - can't change the world on social media

You sent me an eight year old article that is irrelevant now. You have no answers or data to back up your “facts”. Have a good day Corby.

After Iowa under-recruits, they fill all their holes with transfers using Bob’s money. Then they average 3rd. Hope that helps. 🤷‍♂️

Yeah OK, but I didn't think we were including NCAA women's wrestling.

In my post I acknowledged several places that produce national champs. If it is my kid and he is legitimately a national champ possibility Iowa is down the list. PSU, Ohio or Okie State, Iowa St, Cornell, VaTech and maybe even, NCST or UNC (as long as Koll is there) are higher up.

It is fun hating on Iowa, mostly because HR used to and still does spew douche juice and ignorant stupidity all over themselves.

However, Iowa doesn't develop national champions anymore is pretty much an objective statement. One individual champion developed in the past decade. It doesn't have anything to do with hate, it just is. The hate for Iowa allows the failure to develop champions to be somewhat more enjoyable, at least from a NitLion viewpoint.

Plus, if you remember you started this with your response to LB99.
