He dove for a foul pop up on the warning track..

Whelp. Playing from behind...AGAIN.

HR Mizzou. 1-0

[Willow Grove Dawg]

Diving attempt to catch a foul pop-up down 3rd baseline

[Xenomorph]

The decision to start him in this game is looking worse and worse by the pitch.

[Msuirondawgs]

That forearm is narly. Dont try that **** again Tito, please

[dog99walker]

Tomas is bleeding, but he fought on. This is someone I like. Just give me the ball!!

[Xenomorph]

Good Lord.. that strike was 3 inches inside the zone. ABS embarrassing SEC umps this week.

This is how it's done, Rebels.

[leeinator]

Have never seen that before. Didn't know they were using ABS, much less letting it overturn calls. That's wild.

New for the SECT

[NukeDogg]

I obviously don't love him diving all over the place in the first damn inning, but I love the mentality. He's the quarterback throwing his body in harms way to show the team he's the leader, he's here for war, get behind me and let's go fight.

[Xenomorph]

I'm guessing most coaching staffs have had talks with their teams about not showing up umps when you get a call overturned.

Imagine when Johnny Long was behind the plate. It would've been....

New for the SECT

I like having ABS, but it's kind of wild to openly treat the end of the season conference tournament like spring training. "Since this doesn't really count, we're going to use it to try something new."

[NukeDogg]

still suck at stealing bases...

[Trazom]

Missouri’s catcher looks like the discarded love child of a storm trooper and a mighty morphin’ power ranger

[Xenomorph]

That call on Parker at 2nd wasn't even close by baseball standards. How do you miss that??

[Willow Grove Dawg]

Ryder Woodson 3 run homer

[DoggieDaddy13]

BOOM CHIKKA BOOM!

[Msuirondawgs]

That challenge saves us

I keep waiting on him to transform..

We did the same with the green second first base.

[Xenomorph]

How long we gonna let Tomas Young go today?

[patdog]

How long we gonna let Tomas Young go today?

I don't see why this would be different than any other start. Around 100 pitches.

[Xenomorph]

Was that MO player out at 2nd? I didn't see him come off the bag on the slide. Challenge would've been interesting.

[Xenomorph]

.....I guess.....

He should be able to throw about 100. He will get a couple of days extra rest before pitching in the Regional.

[Xenomorph]

We would've won the challenge on strike 1 to Ace. It was 3 inches off the plate, but I guess you don't challenge in that situation.

Man... SEC umpiring sux

What I like about him is he didn't quit after he was handed the trophy. He's the same guy every day.

Idle thought.... >wonder if he can play left tackle<.....

[BulldogBlitz]

I hope we are passing food to the mizzou outfielders, we cannot pass up this opportunity to continue our good will.

[Muttley]

Idle thought.... >wonder if he can play left tackle<.....

He has footwork for sure.

[Xenomorph]

What I like about him is he didn't quit after he was handed the trophy. He's the same guy every day.

In the photo of him holding the trophy he looked slightly annoyed at having to be there. Like... "Man I gotshit to do and y'all got me in here eating rubber chicken.."

[Xenomorph]

Dude just threw the pitch of his life to get Parker out.

[Xenomorph]

The Valincus Brothers wearing out this ump.

Umps have bias against State

[patdog]

Dang. Maybe Oak knew what he was doing starting Valencius. Through 4 innings we're not hitting this pitcher for sh*t, except for one swing.

[Willow Grove Dawg]

Umps have bias against State

Disagree - they are just not very good
