I see little reason to follow the coming season of "college" football, but if Va Tech wins more than PSU, it would be at least somewhat entertaining.

I remained a "college" football fan during the early stages of NIL. However, because PSU was still largely a program that relied on recruiting and retention (with a small dose of Portal Talent}, I don't think the transition really "sunk in." But when (if it's fact) that a 19 year old unproven commodity like Chaz Coleman pulled in 3.5 million and the ISU stampede occurred.....it really hit home, I enjoy a minor league baseball game now and then.....those kids are hungry for the show and aren't being lavishly compensated (with the exception of the 1st round picks). Now when I visit here or watch a game, it's basically for the laughs.

The maturity level here has reached the "your mother wears combat boots" level. Perhaps the goal is to be certain that no matter what happens in the Campbell era....we will claim "victory?" Because next year PSU is likely to see three of the four (OSU, UM, Oregon and Indiana).

As I have frequently said before I get the Franklin firing and like Campbell and hope he realizes the success Kraft promised but your constant trashing of Franklin due to your obviously now incurable Franklin Derangement Syndrome isn’t going to enhance Campbell’s coaching ability or help him win any games. Time will tell how he does.
