I remained a "college" football fan during the early stages of NIL. However, because PSU was still largely a program that relied on recruiting and retention (with a small dose of Portal Talent}, I don't think the transition really "sunk in." But when (if it's fact) that a 19 year old unproven commodity like Chaz Coleman pulled in 3.5 million and the ISU stampede occurred.....it really hit home, I enjoy a minor league baseball game now and then.....those kids are hungry for the show and aren't being lavishly compensated (with the exception of the 1st round picks). Now when I visit here or watch a game, it's basically for the laughs.I see little reason to follow the coming season of "college" football, but if Va Tech wins more than PSU, it would be at least somewhat entertaining.
