I can but it will take me a bit. Should have it together in another day or two.I wouldn’t mind seeing all three. Is it possible to run wrestlers who have qualified for Nationals but did not place, then transferred and earned AA status?

I haven't forgotten. I hadn't tracked NCAA qualification/round previously so it's taking me a little bit of time to get that plugged in...and my wife wasn't exactly thrilled with the idea of me tinkering with it over the weekend. I'll start having some of the information out today. Also this.
Thank you.@Misalorales I'm about halfway through the 26-50th ranked kids right now. I'm just going back 10 years...2016-2025 recruiting classes...but that's still 250 names to sift through on track. I can give you some of the data right now.
I should have the rest of this group done in the next 24 hours. I will tell you that this subset of recruits will have significantly better numbers than the two groups below them...significantly better. The 51-75 group has less than half of the total number of AA guys (notables-Mikey Caliendo, Kyle Parco, Zach Elam, Max Dean, etc.). 76-100 is even less. I'm not entirely sure how much value in going beyond that but we will cross that bridge when we get there.
- Only 18.4% of all recruits in this range ever made it to the podium.
- The numbers are slightly skewed simply because any recruit from 2022-2025 still has multiple years of eligibility left.
- If you only look at guys that have exhausted their eligibility, 22.0% made the podium at least once.
- Of the 13 recruits from 2021-2025 who AA'ed, only 5 have made the podium more than once. That can obviously change since so many of those guys have a lot of eligibility left.
I'll refrain on making a judgement on whether or not it was a red flag, but it was pretty surprising how that all unfolded. Trust me when I say it left a bad taste in quite a few people's mouths close to the situation.Beginning??? Getting Bobby Douglas axed and then leaving ISU should have been a HUGE red flag.
Really i will give you the sandusky nobody is defending that but star finger blasting. Why because bueas girl said so really. Lol. Like a i said rumorSandusky wasn't a rumor. Star finger blasting his teammates wasn't a rumor. Go back to Ped Valley.
Look up rumors in the dictionary its right beside the thesuris if you are struggling with that. How many times on this board was something said about an iowa wrestler doing something and its just someone hearing something and repeating it. Wtf already. I could just say iowa is cheating and start spewing that **** all over. Someone will pick it up and repeat it as truth. Get the facts jack or you are just like everyone else on here full of **** lolYeah, former high level and highly respected athletes are always super willing to detail abuse by former teammates, especially when it's sexual in nature. I'm sure he made it all up and the person he accused just so happens to not be part of the program anymore... all just innocent "rumors".
You guys are great at sweeping that stuff under the rug, must be something in the water up there.
Explain using data and facts ill waitNot a rumor, it's a fact they have been "working the system" for a long time.
Nope it was said and its true because someone said it lolThis is a False statement, very false.
Wow that went way over your head lol.and maybe you could use that as an example of the rumors you here about psu on here lmfaoPlease tell us how, master
Most PSU fans still think Sandusky was railroaded and Joe Pa is a Saint.
Seems odd that a 5x champ, that they paid well over a million to return for that 5th year, wouldn’t be on the NLWC roster, doesn’t it?Really i will give you the sandusky nobody is defending that but star finger blasting. Why because bueas girl said so really. Lol. Like a i said rumor
Why... that's just a "rumor" too... isn't it??Seems odd that a 5x champ, that they paid well over a million to return for that 5th year, wouldn’t be on the NLWC roster, doesn’t it?
Sarcasm? I know, they’re squeaky clean over there. They can sleep easy at night!Why... that's just a "rumor" too... isn't it??
I have 90 names left from the 26-50 group. This exercise has reminded me how much I hate trackwrestling at times. Some of these guys have 2-3 track profiles with various years spread among them...and once I crossed into the classes that were on campus for 2020-21 things started to take longer. Going to track is still a helluva lot faster than going through each individual wrestlers school bios, but not by as much as I thought it would.Thank you.

Ya anytime I've done anything I'm stuck going through the school specific bios and that's not all that fun. Lol I know this is naive, maybe, but wouldn't it be nice to have a legitimate free and easy to interface with statistical database? Like almost every other sport I watch I could just go to sports reference or even ESPN, sort by a few dozen different stats and see information going back decades. Wrestling I hit paywalls and it never seems well organized.I have 90 names left from the 26-50 group. This exercise has reminded me how much I hate trackwrestling at times. I'm just hoping I can get this one wrapped up by this time tomorrow. I'll probably just create a unique thread for it so that it doesn't get lost in all of this crap.
What are you looking for that wrestlestat doesn’t have? I would think that site would be your go to…I have 90 names left from the 26-50 group. It's a pain in the rear to navigate and/or find guys when you're looking for wrestlers that are not currently active. That's where I started before reverting to back to trackwrestling. It was just faster. What are you looking for that wrestlestat doesn’t have? I would think that site would be your go to…
It would be, but there's a ton of upkeep on creating/maintaining something like that...and there are far fewer people trying to search for it so the advertising revenue would be almost non-existent...not even sure it would pay for the web hosting.Ya anytime I've done anything I'm stuck going through the school specific bios and that's not all that fun. A-hole fans said the same when Sandusky victims started coming forward. These accusations came straight from a decorated former wrestler. If you don't like it, take it up with him.Look up rumors in the dictionary its right beside the thesuris if you are struggling with that. Depending on the browser you are using it really is only 1 extra step. Using google all you have to do is type in the person's name along with wrestlestat(.com) for those that are no longer active. Keep 2 windows open. 1 with wrestlestat and the other to "search". About as fast and easy as it gets...It's a pain in the rear to navigate and/or find guys when you're looking for wrestlers that are not currently active. People actually have taken it up with him, as far as I know it happens something like this: he claimed that Carter Starocci took his stuff. An investigation could not confirm that which lead to no arrests. Like it or not something that amounts to petty theft does not get the same attention and scrutiny they say well a murder.A-hole fans said the same when Sandusky victims started coming forward. There were a lot more allegations inside the wrestling program than just "he took my stuff" but again, this is what fanatics tend to do when their program comes under scrutiny.People actually have taken it up with him, as far as I know it happens something like this: he claimed that Carter Starocci took his stuff. I've had similar experiences you believe it happened, you can't prove it well enough, no charges filed.
All of a sudden, this mystery story comes with unconfirmed allegations. None of these ladies filed complaints with law-enforcement, which would probably still be within a statute of limitations, nor did they file a civil suit.
It was straight up ********. And that's how the story ended.
i have no idea what carter did or didn't do related to those allegationsThere were a lot more allegations inside the wrestling program than just "he took my stuff" but again, this is what fanatics tend to do when their program comes under scrutiny.
What did Bartlett have to gain by just making this all up and if its all bullsheet as you say, why was Carter pushed out the door as soon as possible?
Common sense says Bartlett is the one deserving of being believed and frankly supported. Of course that's not in the DNA of your fanbase.
You mean the investigation where the cops couldn't find Carter.. For the investigation that narrowed it down to being Carter or kasak as being the only two who entered the locker room. You're the typical Penn State cover up queen.People actually have taken it up with him, as far as I know it happens something like this: he claimed that Carter Starocci took his stuff. Oh, and wrestlingstats.com has every bracket going back in time, so that is BY FAR the best source if you are simply looking for NCAA tournament results.
And I would hope I had enough self-restraint to do the opposite of your stated preference.I've always wondered why Carter never sought legal action during the sexual assault allegations. If I were him and innocent, I think I'd be speaking out more about all of it. His actions regarding all of it are strange to me. To me it just seemed like his plan was to shut up & "let the smoke clear". Definitely not a good look from my POV.
Who is saying he didn't? We don't know if he talked to an attorney. And what was said if he did? If you've ever been in some kind of legal situation like this you'd know they don't move very quickly .i have no idea what carter did or didn't do related to those allegations
but based on his social media history alone (aj ferrari and the pink *****, "pissing on graves"), i can imagine some reasons cael, casey, and the rest don't want carter as a veteran leader for the young guys
No , you're the typical idiot that sees a conspiracy everywhere. Talk to an investigator and see what they say? I've had situations where I know. Certain people did certain things to me, but there is no absolute proof. You mean the investigation where the cops couldn't find Carter.. you're just not aware of what everyone (including, and especially, lawyers) tells you how to handle these situations.I've always wondered why Carter never sought legal action during the sexual assault allegations. Great w.o.b. here btw.No , you're the typical idiot that sees a conspiracy everywhere. Talk to an investigator and see what they say? I've had situations where I know. Certain people did certain things to me, but there is no absolute proof.
You think police are going to hold two people in custody and do what water boredom until they admit what happened? You're an idiot.
Here's how it works, cop ask Carter if he did this he says no I didn't do it. They then ask kasak and he says the same. End of investigation. Do you have any idea how many petty theft crimes happen in a large university? Do you really think they'll spend more than an hour or so on something like this?
It's thesaurus btw. It's always a good idea to make sure your spelling is on point when trying to criticize someone's intelligence.Look up rumors in the dictionary its right beside the thesuris if you are struggling with that. As for the topic you're so rabidly defending, have you reached out to Bartlett with your concerns? Seems like your gripe should be with him?
Only if it's true and can be proven.you're just not aware of what everyone (including, and especially, lawyers) tells you how to handle these situations.
you're supposed to go dark and stfu.
Yes, I completely understand why he didn't speak out, I'm sure that's what he was told to do and probably let the news cycle run its course. I'm just saying it is odd to ME (you don't have to agree) that you're a star and on the road to an international career and now you aren't even on your college's RTC program, a program that apprently paid you a ton of money to come back and wrestle for an extra year. I obviously don't know if he has any guilt or not but I just think it's odd and I'm not sure I could keep my mouth shut if it were me and I was completely innocent. I don't think too many champions are used to not sticking up for themselves if they are completely innocent, it's not in their DNA. But then again, maybe the world is in the mindset now that you just "sit back and take it". Who knows, I'm glad this "scandal" wasn't a huge black eye for the sport, just mentioned I think it smells a bit fishy with his lack of rebutal to all the allegations. And I would hope I had enough self-restraint to do the opposite of your stated preference.
Surely in the times of social media, there is the potential for any public figure to be overwhelmed by accusations. Responding in kind takes time and energy. It also can be taken as adding a modicum of credibility to the accuser(s).
So I see it as neither a bad or good look. To me, a blind preference for one approach or the other smacks of confirmation bias, in the absence of due process.
I hope you're never on a jury where I am the accused and my lawyers advise me to neither make public statements nor take the stand, as would be within my rights.
I feel that had any real charges been brought forth, Carter's attorney(s) would've handled the PR campaign, and he would've been better served by allowing them to do so.
