When you combine the fact he’s not a great floor coach with the officiating we got that’s what you get, unfortunately.
Scratch that, Cal isn’t even a GOOD floor coach to be honest. Offense always sucked.

I think this Michigan team has been under rated as crazy as that sounds since they been at the top of the polls most of the year. They beat Tennessee by 33 in the regional final. They beat Gonzaga by 40. The same Gonzaga team that beat us by 35. They went 19-1 I think in the Big 10, which appears was the strongest conference. I think they handle UConn Monday with or without yaxel. Unless UConn ends up with more crazy luck

Everyone (including Kentucky) catches breaks. UConn just capitalizes on them at a very high rate.

Well for Michigan, a lot of it is money. They are a perfect example of how rich schools will have a leg up in the NIL era.

Lloyd has no answer to anything. His team looks as horribly coached as ours did at times this past year. No defense. No offence. No teamwork. This is truly said and yet I picked them to win the title.

This **** is fun to watch as far as play goes by Michigan.

I didn’t put much stock in the Duke win over Michigan earlier this year because Mara barely played, the refs took care of that for Duke quickly.
Between Clingon on those UConn title teams, all of Florida’s bigs last year, and now Michigan and Mara it’s starting to look like having a dominant, versatile front court is the way the game is headed. Arizona too, tonight notwithstanding has been great this year with dominant post play.

That’s a really good point. We’ve had a couple of paths paved for us when Cal was here and he crapped the bed.
I'd be thrilled because it meant we actually got there but we know Pope isn't going to do it.

IMO this is a example of freshman not meeting the moment! Final 4 pressure getting to them,then when thing go south it gets worse!
This is the main reason I'm wanting ky to go after high level portal guys!
Nothing against Stokes,and no doubt he is a very talented player. But to me the portal is more important for next year success!
