The Big 10 didn't bring Nebraska down. We were on the decline in the Big 12. The decline started with Osborne retiring and haven't recovered since. Some will say Pelini had us going. I'll say no to that because he was merely beat those he should and not those with a pulse. Besides that, his recruiting style was lazy. Had .we entered the Big 10 with a coach like TO it would have been a different story.
