Took a bogus Pass interference call for ISU to score at the end of the half. Could have been called Offensive interference too but should have been a no call and an interception.

Reality:
K-State sucks. Lost again yesterday. They needed a miracle at the end to beat North Dakota, Otherwise would be 1-5.
South Dakota is bad this year. 3-3 so far with losses to Lamar and a 50 point thrashing by N. Dakota State.
Beat a very average Iowa team by the skin of their teeth.
La. Monroe and Kennesaw state beat Arkansas State worse than ISU. ISU was lucky to win that one.
Arizona a decent win at Home.
First real road game in front of 35,000 Cinci fans. Looked like a high school stadium. Bogus PI call gives ISU life at the end of the first half or game likely would have been a 30 point loss.
BFD. Injuries happen to every team. Iowa beats Indiana if Gronowski doesn't get hurt. Got to overcome. Next paid player in has got to do the job. These guys are paid now.
Texas Tech and BYU: 10-0 between them.
Both of their non-league schedules were beyond horrible.

The best Big12 teams would be lower rung teams in the SEC.

I said last week here and elsewhere that I thought Iowa State was the 5th or 6th best team in the already watered down Big 12. Iowa State fans laughed and thought I was crazy. I stand by it. Decent team, but I’d put Texas Tech, ASU, Utah, TCU, BYU and now Cincinnati ahead of them. Iowa State is extremely lucky they don’t play Texas Tech or Utah, and get BYU and ASU at home. Such an easy schedule.
