It is not illegal to meet with an agent and even have the agent pay for dinner up to 200 dollars as long as that said money is paid back. This happened when Wendell was a Junior or Senior in High School. It also does not even imply that Wendell's meals were paid for, it could be just an expense report for the agents own meal.
