Receiver drops certainly are not helping (I wish that was a better tracked stat), but the starting QB is 4/14 for 35 yards and zero yards rushing. Bad throws, bad receivers, bad calls? Something isn't working, for whatever reason(s).
Now we are down a running back.
We need to find a way to get it going on offense before desperation time.

The read DE on navy just crashes down to the RB every single time. Brin could pick up 20+ on a keeper. Zach is absolutely horrible.

The "bad" snap is Smith forgetting something and he missed Johnson by a mile.... bench him and maybe, just maybe, he pulls his head out of his a$$.
I know we have had dropped passes. Mistakes but I think we all have to admit Smith really looks terrible today. Can't count on the D holding us together forever.

I actually agree. Might not be a bad thing to give Brin in for a series and maybe Smith will settle down.

It was a point like this in basketball where Shawn Williams went to Coach Self and told him that he should play Tony Heard. Rest is history and a great person Shawn was for doing it.
