We need to line Zaven up 8 yards deep and let him roam. Getting him cut every play just takes him out of the play and is getting him hurt

Late to the party, but I’ve been listening ing in the radio. Monty needs to bench Smith and let Brin have a couple of series. Sounds like smith can’t hit the water from a boat right now. Bruce is pretty frustrated about it. We need to make adjustments on D or Arline is going to kill us with the edge option.

Every year we play Navy Gillespie lines up our LB's 5+ yards from the line of scrimmage and every year Navy eats us alive.
Then we lost zaven and the game at osu as well we gave not lost a game with zaven playing in the 4th quarter
I think we need 7 on every possession going forward to win this game. We will be lucky to get three possessions.
Yeah, but our linebackers the last 2 drives have played back (with Zaven out) and Navy has marched right down the field both times.
