Pike sat him right away. So don’t say it was bad coaching. It was emotion and giving a damn and tired of the BS calls.
Jeez Pike sat him down after his technical, wow. A middle school coach would have sat the player down after a technical. Players need to learn that they need to respect the refs whether they agree or disagree with their b******* calls cause ultimately that could have cost the team the game. You don't have to respect the individual but you have to respect their position no different like a dick head trial attorney that's trying to get under your skin

even Andy Katz was asking for a slo-mo replay of that last foul... and never got it........

I've watch 4 times.. I see maybe off-ball foul by Geo on the guy setting the pick... I swear - i don't see contact on shooter...
There was no contact on the shooter you are 100% correct.

Seemed to have wake up the team. How many times has Juwan or Fran done it to wake up their team?
Al McGuire used to do it too and it cost him a trip to the Final Four. It didn’t wake up anything and then he was rightfully on the bench. The veterans were probably just pissed off at him for potentially dealing a death blow to their last hurrah season.

As bad as we played, I actually feel pretty damn good right now. No team that plays like we did deserved to win a game…but I’m glad we did. Stole a win there.

so do I, do not apologize, i felt awful all during the game until the last 90 seconds. They do not make it easy on us. We deserve to win because we made the winning plays to take advantage of a wretched bottom feeder

Nice that the win was built on the two things people have been ripping the team about: the team doesn’t want it badly enough and team has no heart.

Exactly proving my point wrong just for this game. Hopefully there’s more in the tank from them

As a player you have to respect the position.

Not to bring up something else but at the end of the game it looked like Harper was yelling "Shut the F*** up" to the crowd. Not a very captain like move IMHO.

Agree...and even more importantly he's an ambassador for Rutgers University and again it shows what an undisciplined team this is, and that's on Pike. Coach K's players would never do that or they would never see the floor again. That's the problem with pikes coaching, there's no competition on this team for the starters.

He had a few more choice words than that and, yeah, not a great look but I can’t say I that wouldn’t do something similar on a night like that too if I were in his shoes.

Then I guess Matt Painter has an undisciplined team too if you could see/hear what Jaden Ivey had to say at the RAC.

And you're a full schollie D1 P5 player..? These players need to learn in practice about a hostile crowds and the best way to beat them is to beat their team. And then run into the tunnel and go enjoy the victory on the road with your teammates. Poor coaching and it shows poor character on the players part and is a black eye for the University. I guarantee you'll never see that happen on GS's team

That was a black eye on the University, the program, the player and the coach. Just like Harper's outburst tonight was.
