Damn!! There is a lot of damning **** in there. He is the crooked POS we all knew he was (and by all, I mean all the sane people in the room).

That's almost funny. It took me from when I posted the link until about 3 minutes ago to download it. I know you don't have it at all yet.

Black/white racist liar.

It's just like that 250K tax return we were told was filed with NO itemized deductions. Probably the only American at that income level dishonest enough to even admit to something so unbelievable as that.

They should give it a rest but it's last call to set the narrative. If Trump gives a PC, I'm pretty sure I could write his script... NoCollusionNoObstructionNoCollusionNoObstructionWitchHuntNoCollusionNoObstructionWitchHuntBadCopsEtc

And this should make you happy..........but it doesn't. #sad

So damning nobody was charged for it.

Weren't we supposed to be seeing by now all of the collusion this poster promised we'd all "soon see"? Why are we getting posts about what a POS Trump is instead of chapter and verse over how he "colluded" with Russians so much it would be so easy for us all to see?

A lot of the IRA investigation material is redacted as Harm into Ongoing Matter. Roger Stone is as well, in cases.

F'ing Russians did hack the DNC. This is the detail that should've been in their report in 2016.

The Attorney General controls the Independant Counsel report by law. If he wants to wipe his *** with it he can. If he wants to have a press conference it is part of his job if he wants to do it.

Anyone telling you differently is full of ****.

The fact that there has been little to no comment fron the White House over it now that they have neen briefed would suggest it is not bad for Trump. I mean Trump announced the presser. He would seem happy to have it out there. I guess we will see. I have been wrong before.

There are 3 branches of the govt. All of them are allowed to hold a press conference. Nadler, Pelosi and Chuckie can crawl back under their rocks.

GRU stole the emails/material.
They used the DCLeaks and Guccifer 2.0 persona's to get them to Wikileaks. Assange may or may not have known they were Russians.

You made an ambiguous post, I read through about 40 pages and didn’t find anything raising to the level of your descriptor. You lied.

Damning.

The only reason Trump wasnt indicted was because he was Presidnet. Mueller writes that it is up to Congress to check his abuses of power. Barr lied in his initial letter and his press conference this morning.

He knew Cohen lied to Congress. He had messages passed to Cohen to "stay on message, stay on point, remain strong..." Then he turned around and called him a rat, threatened his family and suggested his family members had committed crimes. Hell, we all saw that with our own eyes and ears.

"The evidence concerning this sequence of events could support an inference that the President used inducements in the form of positive messages in an effort to get Cohen not to cooperate, and then turned to attacks and intimidation to deter the provision of information or undermine Cohen's credibility once Cohen began cooperating."

"The evidence could support an inference that the President was aware of these facts at the time of Cohen's false statements to Congress."

"But the evidence does point to a range of other possible personal motives animating the President's conduct. These include concerns that continued investigation would call into question the legitmacy of his election and potential uncertainty about whether certain events - such as advance notice of WikiLeaks's (sic) release of hacked information or the June 9, 2016 meeting between senior campaign officials and Russians - could be seen as criminal activity by the President, his campaign, or his family."

The report plainly states many of the President's acts were directed at witnesses and included discouragement of cooperation with the government.

The report says just the opposite.

"Obstruction of justice can be motivated by a desire to protect non-criminal personal interests, to protect against investigations where underlying criminal liability falls into a gray area, or to avoid personal embarrassment."
And yet no charges......so no obstruction.

You meant to say it “can be”, yet, the report didn’t drive that connection, since you know, no indictments forthcoming for obstruction. He was investigated, cleared.

He's not cleared of obstruction of justice. Where did you read that? Here is what the report says.

"The Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) has issued and opinion finding that "the indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would impermissibly undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions" in violation of "the constitutional separation of powers." Given the role of the Special Counsel as an attorney in the Department of Justice and the framework of the Special Counsel regulations, see 28 USC Section 515; 28 CFR Section 600.7(a), this Office accepted OLC's legal conclusion for the purpose of exercising prosecutorial jurisdiction. And apart from OLC's constitutional view, we recognized that a federal criminal accusation against a sitting President would place burdens on the President's capacity to govern and potentially preempt constitutional processes for addressing presidential misconduct. Second, while the OLC opinion concludes that a sitting President may not be prosecuted, it recognizes that a criminal investigatipon during the President's term is permissible. The OLC opinion alos recognizes that a President does not have immunity after he leaves office. And if individuals other than the President committed an obstruction offense, they may be prosecuted at this time."

So let me paraphrase for you. The OLC does not believe a sitting President may be prosecuted. Therefore, they are not going to prosecute. They are providing all of the evidence and if Congress wants to take its authorized actions (impeachment), they may do so or the President may be prosecuted after he leaves office.

That’s not exactly what the report is saying though

These guys are still speaking as if Barrs lies 8n the summary is what Mueller found. The actual report paints a much, much different story. This is why I warned a month ago about doing touchdown dances based on limited and bias information. The things in that report are going to be central to the presidential election in the same way Clintons emails were.
