So you're essentially calling Mueller incompetent. He spent two years investigating and missed the obvious. He wasted all that FISA snooping, inside informants, the dossier, the Tower meeting, and Trump's obvious criminality so much so that Barr read his report and still couldn't find any collusion and no obstruction?

The Attorney General controls the Independant Counsel report by law. If he wants to wipe his *** with it he can. If he wants to have a press conference it is part of his job if he wants to do it.

The fact that there has been little to no comment fron the White House over it now that they have neen briefed would suggest it is not bad for Trump. I mean Trump announced the presser. He would seem happy to have it out there. I guess we will see. I have been wrong before.
