You're right, maybe even 10. Can you imagine watching a QB with footwork and can actually complete a forward pass.A decent QB this last year we have 9 wins easy. A stud QB next year? Sky's the limit.
And not lead the nation in turnovers? Wood!!You're right, maybe even 10. Can you imagine watching a QB with footwork and can actually complete a forward pass.
What? Come on, you know it’s exciting to have QBs who just drop the ball for no reason…And not lead the nation in turnovers? Wood!!![]()
Major wood bruh! I didn't want to mention that I'm still in recovery from watching that offense....And not lead the nation in turnovers? Wood!!![]()
I'm sure he can move. I don't think our coaches want our QBs running too much taking unnecessary hits and fumbling. They want a smart game manager and gunslinger who can distribute the ball, move the chains and score TDs.Is he a statue, or does he have at least some mobility?
Thank you!!! 100 percentI'm sure he can move. I don't think our coaches want our QBs running too much taking unnecessary hits and fumbling. They want a smart game manager and gunslinger who can distribute the ball, move the chains and score TDs.
Would be great if we could actually land him and that OSU receiver as a package.
Is he a statue, or does he have at least some mobility?
I'd sure like Cam Ward if possible. Will foolishly hold out hope that he somehow becomes the QB.

Yes it is, only because I watch other teams play that I know this. And when you do they let you play in these games called Bowl gamesIs that allowed?
I will never forget that. Was watching the game with my old man, who has been cheering for the Huskers since the days of Bill Jennings. What? Come on, you know it’s exciting to have QBs who just drop the ball for no reason…

And a successful run game frees up the receivers.I think it's always been pretty obvious that a QB that can accurately throw coupled with WR's that can break free and catch will take a tremendous amount of pressure away from stacking the box to open up the run game.
Egads! Saw that on his profile. I don’t know the context on those numbers but it’s concerning. He has -77 rushing yards in his career, so if that is any indication, it doesn't appear he is very mobile
MarcusWas Julian Fleming committed to Nebraska at one point during his high school recruitment? I seem to remember a receiver named Fleming who was committed to us only to decommitt later on
Someone worse than Adrian Martinez I bet.Who is that guy?
Likely. No matter. Burrow was never here so has had no more effect on the last seven years than Danny Woodhead or Gayle Sayers. Maybe you guys should go back to beating on Donny Riola before that goes out of style. The Burrow dead horse beating ran out of shelf life years ago.Someone worse than Adrian Martinez I bet.

Hopefully we land a QB that can execute a forward pass, and limit the amount of punishment he takes over the course of a season by having him take on the role of RB.He has -77 rushing yards in his career, so if that is any indication, it doesn't appear he is very mobile
Watched some YouTube on him. Closer to Peyton Manning than Eric Crouch but he looks like he can take off for a first down if needed. Is he a statue, or does he have at least some mobility?
My hope is he is able to see when a receiver is open and get the ball out quickly, or that he is able to throw it to a spot where the receiver will be.Hopefully we land a QB that can execute a forward pass, and limit the amount of punishment he takes over the course of a season by having him take on the role of RB.
