If Northwestern fires Fitzpatrick, they should give strong consideration to hiring Scott Frost. He was responsible for Northwestern’s only win last year.

After reading what went on at Northwestern. If true, I think Fitzgerald has zero chance of retaining his job. Dry humping, forcing a quarterback and center to snap a ball in the nude and harassment in showers. That is toxic stuff that I don't think he can overcome. Maybe he can get a low-level job in the NFL, but I think he is toast when it comes to another college job at any level. I think it is both hilarious and sad that the school that is probably leads the BIG at being the most obnoxious when it comes to crowing about how elite their standards are and boasting how they are one of the top academic institutions in the country let this BS go on. This is almost as bad as Penn State. (I read where one player reported it last November)

Sometime soon, I expect Fitz to deny knowing anything about it. But then he'll spew some load of B.S. about "not wanting to be a distraction," as he steps down out of deep love and respect for Dear Old Northwestern U.
I doubt that he’ll just walk away from millions of dollars. Very few people do that.
