What is this jackass AG from Texas doing suing battleground states ON BEHALF OF TEXAS? Texas trying to meddle in the outcome of election in other states? Just a small window into the self important myopic lunacy that is all too common down there. Shitkickers with necks like a stack of dimes, cowboy hats three sizes too large, and belt buckles bigger than granny's nipples. The BBQ is top notch tho. KC and Memphis and Carolina can go kick rocks. Texas BBQ is the ****. Everything else down there is simply the *****. Important distinction.

Wonder why all the Californias are leaving their ****** state and moving to TX. Guess they want to eat outside, and not pay state income taxes.

I think we left the B12 primarily for money and due to the fear of being left behind in essentially the old Missouri Valley Conference with KU, KSU, and ISU if TX, OU, OSU, MU and CU went to green pastures. I don't recall the political actions of Texas state politics as being on the radar at all.

I recall the same. The Big10 is a total mess, but I cannot stand UT. I can't tell you how much I enjoy watching the Whorns struggle.

One of the highest income taxes in the country. So people can go set up tents on the sidewalk and crap in the streets.

Actually, believe it or not I moved to Iowa from SoCal a year ago and as far as income, sales and property taxes my tax bill here is basically a push from California. California's top rate is 9.3% and Iowa's is 8.9%. Neither taxes Social Security. Nebraska's tax rate is lower, but they tax Social Security. The Killer is property tax. San Bernardino County, CA is 0.73%, Mills County IA is 1.28% and Sarpy Co is 2.08%. Granted, the same house in Iowa would cost a lot more in California, so that more or less evens out. My car insurance on 3 cars and a motorcycle is half here, but I never had much of a heating bill there, so that evens out. Gas costs twice as much there, but I don't drive much.

However, our family is here, the roads there are choked with cars at all hours so going anywhere was difficult, and the lowlife activity you mention above has spread beyond various skid rows into almost all areas of Southern California, even previously affluent areas. So we have no regrets about moving here, especially since their whole state is still shut down. My only bugaboo is I have not found a decent head of iceberg lettuce since I moved back here.

How would you clowns feel if Cali AG tried to invalidate the vote in Neb? You rubes are a treat. Too thick to have the mental capacity to imagine shoe on other foot. Hopeless. Hapless. Hilarious.

In this case, I welcome it. If there's every going to be secession for the red States, it'll start with Texas so God bless them.

The only things about Texas that are bad are the University of Texas' athletics and the city of Austin as a whole. Pretty much the Portland of the south. But I imagine username "IM Hippy" loves the latter.

The mind numbing thing is that all these people will move to Texas and continue to vote in brain dead politicians that will implement the exact policies they are fleeing. Texas will soon go the way of leftist lunacy.

California’s top marginal tax rate is 13.3%, much higher than Iowa’s. Though you don’t hit it until $1m plus.

You are right of course. Unfortunately, something I didn't have to worry about (not even close) when I lived there.

He is being investigated by the FBI and is looking for a Trump pardon. By making a lot of noise for Trump, he is hoping to avoid prosecution..

Lunacy vs. fascism, take your choice. If Trump started selling red armbands who do you think would buy one first? Rudy? Texas AG? He might do that after having a Constitution burning party. Which one of you would bring the matches?

After 23 years here we are also looking into leaving California and are in the process of figuring out where to go. Granted the below link is just one site, but it takes all sort of taxes into consideration. Both California and Iowa were listed as "Not Friendly' as to taxes.

For what it is worth Nebraska was listed as in the 'Least Friendly' category.

Do you know what fascism means? It doesn’t mean what you think it means.

Blue party is the one that loves to take away constitutional rights. They also are the ones that like to burn stuff down. Maybe you can help supply those fascist socialists with the matches.

Cute fantasy, except our state didn't illegally change the parameters of the vote.

After doing a comprehensive spreadsheet for several different states I came to the conclusion they all get their pound of flesh and you really have to look at what the taxes are in the states and how they apply to you. If you are a chain smoker, don't live in California. If you get a pension consider a state that doesn't tax pensions (Iowa gives you a break). If you love to drive, consider gas taxes. If your wife buys a new pair of shoes every week and you buy a new car every three years, look at the sales tax.

The only fascist behavior I see is coming from the left. Party above people and at any cost.
