When somebody asked about a good restaurant in Cincinnati, I asked myself. Will one of the 874 people on here who live in Cincy, answer first? Or will it be know it all Anth?
Have you seen the **** they regularly eat? Cinnamon chili, awful cardboard pizza, and sausage mixed with oatmeal. Someone needs to give a guy proper direction.

As always, get pumped.

Most sports bars kind of suck. Was hoping to find the least sucky one that might have the Cats on. I’ll actually be north of downtown so Fries in Clifton currently leads. Thanks for getting your everlovin recs on.

-it's a great spot. After graduating from UK, the Wife moved to the gaslight district in clifton. I was there every weekend...fries was the spot. Less douchy than Mt adams, less fighty than the UC bars, OTR was still a no go area.

-shuffleboard table, vintage Foosball, darts, a couple tvs...three blocks from her pad.

^it's been years...but I have no reason to think it's changed. May wanna call first to ask if they'll put the game on.

Kansas lost to the Fightin' Devin Askews, too. Don't look now but Kansas and our records on the year are the same so, hopefully, it will be at least another year before they can gain on us in the most wins of all time race.

By the way, it is sort of ******** that it is not usually mentioned that Kentucky's all-time winning percentage is 76.7% while Kansas' is 72.7%. We've played 139 fewer games than Kansas and still have more wins than them.

We also had Billy Gillispie while they have probably had the best run of head coaches in the modern era. Since 1983, their coaches have been Larry Brown, Roy Williams, and Bill Self. That's a murderer's row if there ever has been one. Sort of amazing they haven't been better, tbh.

* Go Cayts. Let's get Frank Martin fired tonight.

* Welcome back, Chase. The Cats are on a roll. Don't do anything to screw it up.

It seems the one thing that separates us from everyone else is, we look as good, or even better, on the road, while everyone else looks barely average away from home. Take away those strange injuries that briefly knocked out our starting guards @LSU and @AUB, and we’re looking at a 14-game win streak, and 21-1 since our season opening loss to Duke (who hasn’t improved since). Obviously we weren’t guaranteed wins without those injuries, but any impartial observer could plainly see we became a different team after. This squad doesn’t have a generational stud, or even an NBA future roster, but the pieces fit together so well. When everything is clicking for both teams, I see a UK/Gonzaga final.

Gonzaga is the one team that really worries me. Oscar struggles against average 7 footers, I don’t really want to see him match up with a top 3 draft pick 7 footer. Who also can shoot 3’s and drive.

Looking forward to another rock fight tonight. Martin will go full goon if he can. Feels like we’ve played about three home games this season.

-I generally like the Olympics but just can’t get into it much this time.

Tonal looks pretty cool . But for 3k? hard pass

He's going to be a problem. He's getting better every single game and has a great supporting cast. That's why I really wanted Sharpe, I love our team, but a freak like that can put a team on his shoulders and win some games in March.

Wonder if Oscar would focus on Timme and you go with Brooks and Toppin on Chet?

Oh, you don't like half the competitors being held out mid competition for asymptomatic positive tests? Elite athletes that are the least susceptible people on the planet are all so nervous of a positive they're mentally destroyed before starting.

That on top of being in the middle of the night because they're in weirdass China. Not to mention the US team was recommended to use burner phones because of spyware.

It's a real bummer and the whole thing is just strage.

Those who don’t consider Sharpe an important possible piece (and now, a loss), are overlooking future matchups. The main one being Gonzaga. The Zags biggest weakness is athleticism. UK’s biggest weakness is athleticism. Sharpe could’ve swung that comparison our way.

-#2 in Kenpom and I still think we have room to grow. Gonna be hard to catch the Zags but if we can take that 2nd or 3rd we shouldn't have to worry about them until the finals.

-Luge is still dope to watch.

-Joey, that IG baseball coach is great. Total goober, but I appreciate his passion for the greatest sports movie, The Sandlot.

-Geese's Mom makes the best brittle I've ever had. I'm talking dangerous.

-I feel like the Olympics have been in Russia or China basically the last decade.

-MCF making a game at Rupp this Saturday 😱

-Let's be honest. Chase is a bitchboi. I've let him know several times since his little, "vacation". Credited his disappearance with HOFCJFC finding his groove. Makes sense.

The only redeeming part of the Olympics for me is the fact that China looks like a dystopian hellhole. Shows me they were massively impacted by COVID which they deserve x infinity, they lost millions due to no fan revenue, have apparently a zero COVID policy which means they’ll be a mess for the foreseeable future, and has actually increased anti-Chinese press from the world.

A complete and massive backfire on those ********. Add to the fact of the announcements of the massive microchip plant from intel 20 mins from my house and the new ford plants going up hopefully this will be a massive blow to China for decades. It’s at least woken people up to it, me included.

Anyone planning on being a big Wild Health Genomes fan? They'll have the first woman coach in league history!

*I think Toppin and Brooks could handle Chet, but I haven't watched Gonzaga in months, so that may be a dumb take.

*Sharpe is no harm, no foul. He wasn't playing anywhere, and there was nothing Cal can do about it. His people found a loophole. If he turns out to be a superstar, he's associated with the program. If not, nbd.

*Little Caesars has moved up to #1 in my cardboard pizza rankings. Papa Johns firmly in last with Pizza Hut and Dominos battling in the middle. I wish we had Jets where I live. The BLT pizza is the epitome of great junk food.

*I like Frank Martin but never look forward to playing him. Get in Get out. No injuries.

*I've never been less interested in a "big story" than the Ben Simmons stuff, and I really follow the NBA. I just don't give a **** where he ends up. Harden is boring too.

*Speaking of NBA, I wish Knox would get a shot. He had some moments here, and I think he is getting screwed outta pt. He should not be a bench warmer in effing Atlanta. Monk is finally getting a shot and it's working out.

*Why do they take 2 weeks for the Super Bowl? Just play the damn thing. They'll be kicking off in April for our grandkids. Also, Lovie Smith, lol. Houston did right by the shield on that one. Plenty of much better AA coaches out there. Hell, give Flores the job.

*I hate slow cookers because everything tastes like pot roast, so it makes sense to use them solely to cook pot roast. Anybody cook the internet famous "Mississippi Pot Roast"? It actually looks pretty damn tasty, and I love pepperoncinis

Alabama drove at will on the zags. I think you guys are underestimating how athletic we are based on SEC games - far and away the most athletic conference. I think Timme would do his best to aggravate Oscar like Vandy but that wouldn’t be till the final four anyway.

My main concern with CHET isn't really his offensive ability and who will guard him (even though I mentioned his shooting and ball handling skills) but how Oscar would deal with him guarding him. We can throw Keion or Toppin on him and be fine but if he's blocking or influencing half of Oscar's shots, THAT's a problem.

Yes, multiple times. It’s great on the reheat too for sandwiches. Fantastic winter food for leftovers.

A bull-headed, fan-favorite Timme scares me more than CHET. By the end of March CBS and the casual observer will want him to get away with murder.
