As I called the start, there’s no verification whatsoever that it was ever actually used in a match, no indication go which match or matches may have taken place on it. You just have to trust the company that will blatantly lie to your face that they actually gave you a match-used canvas.

If you tried taking this to any decent pawn shop or collectibles store that buys stuff from customers, it would be worthless because they wouldn’t be able to verify the claim that it was match used.

Scam, scam, scam.

Geez biggest downfall of a tag team / both people lost their aura

I wonder whatever happened with their reuniting story. It just kind of ended out of nowhere. Given last I heard that the Acclaimed being a thing again wasn't an option, Max probably ran his mouth and screwed it up.

Educate yourself and get a clue.

You're comparing a TV show that's only available in 53.1 million households (both AEW shows) that's also got a bunch of people watching on HBO Max to a TV show that's available to around 125 million households (NXT). And that 53.1 million number is only going to continue to shrink as people continue to get rid of cable/satellite/streaming cable.

There's a reason why the charts are broken up into separate tables for broadcast and cable. There's a reason why when Smackdown or Dynamite ranks # whatever on the night it's always stated as "#1 on the night on cable." Broadcast TV has a significant advantage in general due to larger audience size. Every home in America with a TV can get it for free, assuming they don't live so far off the beaten path that they can't even pick it up with an antenna.

NXT should be beating AEW with that kind of numbers advantage. That's why virtually everything on broadcast TV beats virtually everything on cable in terms of total viewers (notable cable exceptions for total viewers being live sports and Fox News). The numbers advantage is overwhelming. It would be like a basketball team with five players on the court going up against one with only 2 players on the court. If the 5-man team can't beat the 2-man team then that's pretty embarrassing.

And yet despite that numbers advantage they still lose to Dynamite basically every week in both total viewers and the demo - and CW is a network that heavily caters to the demo-aged audience! - even when not including HBO Max numbers.

So Dynamite does significantly better than NXT in relation to percentage of available homes watching. NXT's USA ratings were far more impressive, and normally bigger at that, than what they are doing on CW. Which is frankly pathetic. Dynamite almost always ranks in the top 5-10. It's now back to it being somewhat common for it compete for the top 1-2 spots, or at least the top 1-2 spots outside of live sports, based on the demo, which is what the rankings are based on.

Even though NXT is a high performer for CW, it on average ranks in the bottom 15-20 original weekly shows on broadcast TV, regularly only beating out other CW content. Most weeks it ranks worse than every original broadcast (as in not a repeat) from Fox, ABC, NBC, and CBS. The worst performing show on from those four networks for the 2025-26 season did an average of 638K. The second worst did 825K. 107 of 124 broadcast network shows averaged over a million for the season. I don't think NXT has even once gotten close to a million viewers on CW.

Dynamite would be beating the breaks off of NXT if we had real HBO Max numbers while it consistently ranks somewhere around #5 or higher on its night. Collision doesn't stand much of a chance for ranking high on Saturdays for numerous reasons, some of which are very much self-inflicted while the worst problems are entirely out of their control (Saturday nights are just bad for a weekly program).
One show is in a warehouse in front of 200 fans rebuilding their roster and does backstage segments next to pallet jacks. That show beats Collision and does similar numbers to Dynamite. That's not a knock on AEW. They're successful and carved out a niche fanbase. The mistake made was bragging about ratings and having the best roster ever, started by AEW fans. NXT now streams on ESPN so if we're talking Max, we should remember NXT can be watched via app as well.

Meltzer's mistake, and why he's crashing out, is because he began speculating numbers he doesn't know and adding that false number to an overall total, then claiming Dynamite has or is beating Raw or SD. One of the leading voices in this bubble probably shouldn't make up numbers to pump up a company he's cheering for. it's kinda childish. The guy knows more about wrestling than I'll ever know but he's become a clown in recent years instead of just being a normal fan.

That was my overall point. When you pump up a weekly show so much yet it's neck in neck many weeks with a warehouse show starring Grayson Waller, a low-tier Fatu, a fat guy named Mason Rook, etc. you're going to get mocked some. I've gotten into The Pretty Reckless in recent months. I'm not going to claim they're doing equal to or better than Metallica.

I think it was the first match for the titles they lost against Keith Lee and Swerve IIRC, that the crowd was rooting for them as hard as any I remember in a long time. The crowd was insane for them.

If anyone looks at the rosters then there's no way NXT should be even close to competing with AEW unless AEW moved to a cable access channel.

Ain’t no one watching WWE stuff on ESPN streaming, especially not freaking NXT. NXT numbers haven’t changed a bit since getting added to ESPN, that tells you no one is watching it on ESPN. ESPN will brag about literally anything on their ESPN PR socials and ever posts about it. I’ve seen them post about damn Savannah Bananas and Little League World Series qualifier game numbers on there. They just recently had a post about an NBA studio show averaging Collision numbers. Never a post about anything WWE performance wise.

Saying Money in the Bank is nearly as big as the Royal Rumble or Survivor Series is insanity. As of three days ago they hadn’t even distributed 12K tickets for MITB yet, per WrestleTix. Last Royal Rumble in the US had 67,590 tickets distributed, per WrestleTix. Last Survivor Series in the US had 42,750 distributed, per WrestleTix.

Did Danhausen make a higher up angry recently? I saw the clip of his squash against Gunther last night and he took a BEATING. That was as stiff as I’ve seen someone work in a minute.
