Yup I figured that’s what Oba would end up doing too. They missed the slam on the exposed boards at the end which would've been a solid exclamation mark on Brock's career. He hit the mat and looked over at them. No, the match didn't need the cell but I get it. It's the whole Kong vs Godzilla thing and you want the idea to be them being uncontrollable. Fans have been trained to believe every Hell in a Cell match should equal some crazy stunt or a bucket of blood. Didn't see either happening.
How about you fix your dog *hit creative so people have a chance to get there then? Those 5 qualifying matches for that ladder match at SummerSlam averaged less than 3 minutes a match. What the hell is someone supposed to do with that if they aren't booked in dominant squash fashion like Wardlow was when he got over doing nothing but squashes?
That kind of logic is always so flawed because there are ALWAYS cases that satisfy such basic standards that always get ignored. Like when one of the coaches I used to work with told the team the people who work the hardest tin practice are going to get the minutes and then the two hardest workers on the team were buried on the bench and playing on the JV team when possible because they weren't particularly good players. But they more than satisfied this whole "hardest workers get the minutes" standards.Interesting he didn’t say Rhea but Priest had a bunch of botches as champ so ironic he’s doing the call out.
