Thanks, I will.

Worst loss for a conference game in ANY conference in 100 years.

Feels pretty good from reading this forum the last year. Your guys' saltiness towards Michigan nearly rivals OSU's. Deserved.

Muh bulls blood
Muh recruits
Muh satellite camps
Dude, I'm an OSU fan. We own you. I think it's pretty ****** the Michigan attitude towards a program that is trying in the big ten. They want to be here and they want to be good. But, michigan snuffs them and says they don't belong here. Well, they're here.

And you have the gall to pump your chests over smashing such a depleted team. It's sad. It makes Michigan look bad.

Hey guys since I started this let me explain a little more. These ******** took our seat cushions which we pay good money for. We asked for them back. They gave them back. Then the ****nuts started cursing at us. Thanks to god my son wasn't with us because it would have been a total Michigan scumbag beat down. I don't endorse that sort of thing but I was within a hairs breath if knocking th e ****ing snot of the arrogant pussiy. So for al of you reading anything else into this go **** youself. There were some fine um fans around us as well. But come into our house and be totally disrespectful. Praise god I did not kill the mother****er.

I'm very sorry that situation happened to you. It's one of my worries when I bring my son to a game. But a suggestion to hell it case on here would be.. If you are going to complain about cursing. Don't use mutiple curses yourself in your comment! I mean the irony actually had me laughing! But again sorry that happened to you. That sucks.

I think u like osu fans the most. I had a great visit when I went to Columbus last year. But I also appreciate the comments about the Walmart wolverines

I wouldn't call them scum bags but I would say they're kind of ungrateful. The tax payers of New Jersey paid to educate them for K-12 and paid for the coaches and athletic facilities that got them to the point of being good enough to get a scholarship and then they thank the tax payers by taking their skills--and all the money and other benefits that come with those skills--to another state instead of their own. If nobody gives back to the "machine" eventually it stops working.
"Ungrateful" because of the use of the use of taxes to support public schools? Come on this is just grasping at straws to make an argument. Have a better sports program and kids will want to stay.

Michigan fans were fine in our section too. There was a really creepy drunk RU fan with some Michigan fans who was leering at my wife. We left early for multiple reasons.

Congratulations on beating a **** team with a new coaching staff during a multi-year rebuild especially with a bunch of injuries to some key guys. You guys should be so proud. If you didn't win by 50, you should have been embarrassed. Act like youve been there, because it's obvious many of you haven't.

With that being said, it's so obvious and easy to pick out which of the UM fans are alums and which are piggy backing, bandwagon trash. We tailgated with a few UM alums who were nice, outgoing, respectful, and gracious for having them. I would would welcome a stadium full of those guys any day.

The other group, the Walmart Wolverines can go play in traffic and get hit by a bus. You are really are a skid mark on the UM fanbase. Grow up.

Furthermore...O-H-I-O

Again the fans around me were fine.
The fans around us were big jerks . I never get into fights but two of these guys were looking for trouble and they had to be squashed . Thanks to all the season ticket holders who sold out to these jerks. The only other fan base worse was Syracuse.

I had the same experience. There are good and bad in every fanbase. No problem with the UM fans around me, most were aware that they where by far the better team on the field, and didn't act overly obnoxious at any point. I found the Iowa fans to be worse.

Michigan fans near me were fine. (west side upstairs)
they thought it was classy that a part of our band came up and played their fight song in the second half
the band has done this at many games Iowa fans reacted in similar fashion

Agreed the original post about being ungrateful is laughable. That would mean every regular student and athlete should only ever life and attend school in their home state to give back. That leaves out the fact that Rutgers recruits athletes from other states, which they obviously should!

So, it's fine when The mighty OSU crushes Rutgers 58-0 but it's horrible when Michigan does the same.

Most Michigan fans I ran into last night were fine. Had a good interaction with a few in the yellow lot. They were respectful and gave advice on our pending trip to AA next year. The season ticket holders in front of us ditched just about their entire row of tickets to Michigan fans. Not too happy about that, but must say the fans in that row at least behaved well.

I did experience some younger fans, probably Walmart Wolverines, as someone else put it....and their behavior was a little shakier. When our team is getting pummelled into the ground, its a lot easier to take offense to things that would not normally bother you.

Since joining the big ten the most arrogant fans I've come across are easily michigan fans. I hope ohio state continues to beat them every year.

As an ND alum and fan, I can safely say that Michigan fans are the most arrogant, often ignorant, and obnoxious fans I have encountered. OSU fans are a close second. And, I know many here think the same of ND fans.

PSU fans are arrogant and still arrogant after Joe the enabler. Michigan at least has a reason to be conceited.
What exactly is that reason? They haven't won a national championship since I was in my teens, and I'm a grown man now.

Congrats on being a perennial #2 in the Big Ten, Michigan!

Not blaming Michigan fans for Rutgers embarrassing loss. That's on Rutgers and it is Rutgers responsibility to make sure they get things on track. But, the Michigan fans were the least gracious winners and most obnoxious visiting team fans I have seen since we joined the B1G. And they were obnoxious BEFORE the game even began.
Why were they obnoxious??? Was it because they cheered there team on??? Was it because they took over the stadium??? There not there to sit like there in the library.... I find it ironic your calling out Michigan Fan.... Was it or Was it not a group of Rutgers fans that destroyed high school property in New Jersey because Michigan was invited to attend a camp for high school kids... That seems a lot worse than fans cheering there team on... might want to worry about what is going on at home before worrying about & calling out others.. Sounds like not only your team but fans have along way to go..... Go Blue!!!!!

Michigan fans (in almost an entire row next to us) stole my husband's North Face raincoat (didn't steal the RU gear and heavier, worn-out North Face fleece). It was tightly rolled up and hidden under our seats. We came back to find the RU shirt thrown on ground while the fleece was found @ 8 seats down from us...guess it was too worn and warm for them to steal. Of course, they left after they stole it. We tried to find them with no luck. Hope they choke on it. POS.

Go RU!

Cheering for your team and chanting fight songs is fine. Inexcusable behavior would include Walmart wolverine fans getting in the faces of Rutgers fans after last nights slaughter, arrogantly cutting long bus lines, and my personal favorite: a middle-aged Michigan fan with his son at Brother Jimmys restaurant, who threatened not to pay his bill and proceeded to manhandle the manager after being cut off from further drinks and informed that he would indeed have to pay for already-consumed food and drinks..

Well folks I've heard from the Mrs that Pedd State fans at Pedd State were very nice and I can attest that Mich fans at Mich were also very nice. The jerkoff fans are NJ residents cheering for Pedd State and Mich. Sad to say but that's the way it looks to me.

PSU and OSU over Michigan fans any day. Two years ago there were more actual UM grads in attendance. This year wow. Nothing but fresh Jersey trash. I asked two douches in my section if they even went to college of course the answer was no. Ever even been to UM campus or hell even Detroit? No.

I have no problem with anybody cheering on their team and enjoying their team's success. What I don't appreciate though (whether it is a Rutgers fan or a visiting team fan) are rude and obnoxious people. I'm sure not all visiting Michigan fans fell into that category. I just must have met most of them in the area where I was tailgating (loud, drunken behavior and lots of cursing, which I didn't appreciate since I had young kids with me). I had no problems with any Michigan fans inside the stadium. BTW, destruction of another person's property is always unacceptable.

If anything, I was the one briefly causing trouble, yelling in the ear of a Mich fan that their coach was an a- hole going for two.....

Which he was.... To the credit of the fan, he just absorbed the limited abuse of the moment and said nothing.

The problematic Michigan fans I encountered while tailgating were from out of state (Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland), and said they were not Michigan natives nor were they Michigan alums, but were just fans.

I'm not going to lie, I think it's just this Northeast personality here with the fans. I just think a large portion of fans who are from NJ/NYC/Philly, etc who aren't alums tend to be scumbags whether it's RU, PSU, ND or Michigan.

I also think it's people who have never been to a college game that grew up rooting for these teams & finally get to see them & think a Michigan game is the same as a Jets game.

Well, I would suggest that you look at the score prediction threads on the board.... I would think most fans thought we would have trouble covering the spread, which we did not

In that sense, hard or say we talked smack much...

There weren't this many UM fans 2 years ago when WE BEAT THEM. Front running fanbase of a bully program with a classless prick for a head coach. Maybe he's sore that the Giants beat him en route to hoist the Lombardi trophy and he's taking it out on little old Rutgers who plays just down the road. 2-point conversion two years in a row is horses#it and everyone who watches football knows it. Go do that against Ohio State. Oh wait..you can't.
Harbitch did the 2 pt. thing because Ash called a time out just before their fullback flew over the pile for a TD. Evil mutha will get retribution back here in two years when we have a team.

Mish has an enormous national fan base due to their history and tradition established by Bo Schembecler (sp?).

I'll bet most of their alums, especially from the state of Michigan, are decent fans.

But the Walmart portion of their fanbase, especially the ones from NJ/PA/NY/ETC are bottom of the barrel.
I will remember them when OSU whips them this season.

The team that you root for doesn't own no one.... Yes they have had a nice run before that Michigan had a great run also... see the pattern.... it runs in cycles that is a fact.... now I do know another fact... Ohio has never ever had a winning record against Michigan. That would be owning... All-Time in the history of the game afterwards win or lose you woke up the next day trailing Michigan all time.... And our band welcomes you for teaching yours how to do a great college tradition of script Ohio.... Go Blue & The Greatest Rivalry In Sports cannot get here fast enough... It will be another classic....

Why is he an Ahole for going for two??? Did he break a rule??? Get it by cheating???last I checked going for two is well within the rules of football.... I mean was he an ahole also for not playing the starters in the second half... by throwing two passes the second half.... Maybe next year he should leave them in and put a hundred on ya..... he is an ahole for playing the game of football by the rules... great football coach once told me you don't want the other team to score then man up & stop them....
