didn't see it as a joke and wasn't offended by it or you. just responding how I felt. We suck on the field and he sucks on the sideline. That's my opinion.
To be fair, and I posted this in one of the comments on "On the Banks" (Which has to be one of the worst Big Ten SB Nation blogs... I prefer to follow you guys on here much more), except for the 2 two point conversions against Rutgers, Harbaugh has played extremely conservatively in the second half of blowout games. He's actually one of the more respectful coaches out there in that regard. I think we all know why he went for two in this game (Hint: Satellite Camp) and last year he did it because some chart that he always uses told him to. That's why I always laugh at opposing fans who say he's disrespectful. Crazy? Erratic? Weird? Sure. Disrespectful? No, he's just a guy who loves football.

Michigan goes for 2 in the 2nd quarter, calls a timeout with the clock already stopped, and runs the ball the entire 2nd half but UM is classless.

Meanwhile, RU guys are calling out to target Peppers and intentionally injure UM players. Speaking of class........................

In a lot of other sports, you expect it. If your coach is going to deliberately go out of his way to make kids look bad, you get what you deserve.

the comments were 1st half prior to the above. I think your coach made a nice comeback there. it was on us in the 2nd half and we embarrased ourselves. and if you read my post about that POS Peppers I pointed out that trying to injure him was not what I personally meant.

A cheap shot was definitely in order. Injure? Meh. But a lesser coach would have sic'd a dog on one of their players, likely Peppers.

I'm sorry some of you had a bad experience with Michigan fans. While I don't care for their coach's style or personality, I know many Michigan alum and hold them in high esteem.

Really, really disappointed with the Michigan fans. Absolutely the most arrogant, disrespectful fans that have visited Rutgers. Too bad too, because they have a great team, but what I'll remember most is what jerks their fans were.

The embarassment isnt Michigan fans, its the state of Rutgers football right now..dont blame Michigan fans..
Yes Harbaugh is a douchebag,we all know that..
Not blaming Michigan fans for Rutgers embarrassing loss. That's on Rutgers and it is Rutgers responsibility to make sure they get things on track. But, the Michigan fans were the least gracious winners and most obnoxious visiting team fans I have seen since we joined the B1G. And they were obnoxious BEFORE the game even began.

I decided to delete this post. I used some inappropriate language. Let's just say there was some trash in my section and the authorities cleaned it up.

Most of the fans I talked to were great. But the last interaction I had with U of M fans tonight was a group of them trying to knock me off my bike while I was riding home. So that wasn't so great.

You're a ***** and I would live to beat you're ***** *** into a pulp.

Woof......grammar.

Seriously, don't talk mad **** in the offseason when your same awful team is coming back and expect Michigan fans not to throw it back when the obvious result happens.

This game probably would've been 56-0 if not for all the mouth running.

Even your band wants to go to Michigan along with all the top NJ talent.

Can't help but laugh at this. And you guys thought PSU fans could be arrogant? Michigan is a different animal entirely.
You can probably tell by my screen name I know a lot of psu fans. Great people. These folks I encountered tonight. Well just thank heaven I've matured to where I don't immediately start beating people into a bloody pulp because these ******** deserved it.

gotta say what ********. First time ever as a long time fan and season ticket holder I had to call security up to my section to send two ******** packing for being total ********. Believe me I would have much preferred to drip these scumbags but at 55 I need to be more responsible. In any event **** Michigan forevermore.
Was that in 125?
Guy was in row 2, all cammo'd and standing on the seat. No need to stand - cops gave him the heave ho

This is embarrassing for you. Calling for cheap shots on college kids because your pathetic team got steamrolled. He ran the ball for essentially every 2nd half play, with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th string. It's no one's fault but Rutgers' that your team couldn't stop basic running plays from the backups to the backups. If you think that calls for cheap shots, you honestly some help.

Michigan and Michigan fans are the epitome of arrogance for this league, especially when they are winning (God, when they are winning). Their school is superior to everyone else and they make fun with that consistently(though more so when they aren't winning in football). Their program "wins the right way" and their guys are "michigan men" (a Ohio man came up with that). They will take any opportunity to degrade fledgling programs as not worthy of their time and will gladly look down their nose at you. The joy when App State beat them and then Toledo...man, it was like we beat them.
For sure, all of our fanbases have bad fan interactions and total jackasses (mostly form those who never attended the school, or drunk frats on gameday) and OSU definitely has some mean fans. But the one quality of Michigan that grinds the entire conference is their arrogance. That is, "pure Michigan", as they say.
Normally, the OSU fan doesn't spout off at the mouth beating programs it should beat handily, given the circumstances of that program. But, we kick it into gear when it's a big night game against a power in the conference. And against USC. And, we are dicks to Michigan, no doubt. We hate them, and we'll let them know it.

I think most Ohio State fans want you guys to succeed (though not against us ;), but we'll tip our hat to you after we curse out every coach we think f*d up. We respect your efforts to get there (hiring Ash, renovating facilities). You guys are trying, unfortunately you're in a tough division with 2 juggernauts. We have teams in this conference that don't even try to earn the money we make for them in the bowl season. We respect the effort and your enthusiasm to this conference. We hope you guys can make this tough gauntlet, to at least get more of your in-state guys to feel the pride to play for the in-state school. That always brings the best glory.

This is a delusional, self hating fan base - the laughing stock of the B1G. Just sit back and be entertained by their chest puffing comments.

So for al of you reading anything else into this go **** youself

Praise god I did not kill the mother****er.

Yes, what fantastic things to write while trying to argue that Michigan fans are classless. Some of the comments here are absolutely disgusting. By the way, next time don't try talking so much **** before the game [ http://mgoblog.com/mgoboard/rutgers-fans-game-our-national-championship ] or send your Order of Bull's Blood on some sort of weird Satanic war against us and you'll probably find a much tamer fan base. (By the way, just like the bad Michigan fans, I know that the hilariously inept bloody bull order is not close to a majority of Rutgers fans and is not supported by normal people. If you think this represents the Michigan fan base you're just as dumb as the jackasses you complain about).

Michigan: you still lost to Kyle Flood. No amount of 2-point conversions will ever change that. Enjoy your night.
Rutgers: You still brag about a win against BRADY HOKE. A win in which you rushed the field against a 5-7 team. No amount of complaining about Michigan fans being meanies will change that.

Yup. It was exactly this and those types of idots that made this game enjoyable. I drove 10 hours and was not disappointed. If we beat anyone else in conference save for OSU, MSU or PSU that bad I'd not care much at all. Rutgers fans around me in 218 started hissing about running up the score with 9 minutes left in the first half, calling Harbaugh a scumbag and a pig. It was rather hilarious. No fan was directly rude or anything towards us though nor were we, so all good in that regard. Place was 40% Michigan fans outside of the students and well over 80% by the 2nd half. Great night.

Also what kind of program has their band play their opponents fight song MULTIPLE times while losing by 60+ points? Even though I thought it was awesome to sing along to, I was getting frustrated at the idea. It was pathetic.

I mean if acting like Michigan is the only fan base in this "rivalry" with obnoxious people will make them feel better about the game then whatever... I guess we can let them have their moment.

Denigrate a program that clearly had no chance in the game (due to injuries) and program consistency the past decade for what? To get your cheap shots in against a program that is not in your class. Beat up on the big boys and talk. These guys want to be here. They want to get better.

Yes. Injuries are the reason Rutgers had no chance in the game.
They lost their star offensive threat and a key man on the line. Yeah, for a program with no depth, that's a big deal. Do they they beat mighty UM with them? No. But they were never in your league this year. So thump your chest over that all you want, arrogant asses.

Thanks, I will.

Worst loss for a conference game in ANY conference in 100 years.

Feels pretty good from reading this forum the last year. Your guys' saltiness towards Michigan nearly rivals OSU's. Deserved.
