Nothing wrong with that!
Oh it will be when you're on probation.
Nothing wrong with that!
Spoken like a true UL fan. But the NCAA might have a different attitude.Nothing wrong with that!
Must hurt that a guy who can't coach can't BUY a loss to your "coach" [roll][roll][roll][roll]If you had a coach who could coach you would have had three titles. Should have with Wall and Cousins. Choked with with the Harrisons, because he did have the guts to play Booker and Tylus more than he should have.
My point is. If you can't win the title with that kind talent every year why boast about it!
So by your idiotic logic UofL has only had three successful seasons in its existence. Wow you're such an Einstein. Over 300 division 1 teams play basketball every year and only 1 has a successful season? You're too stupid to argue with.End of season is all that matters. You get the top rated talent every year and can't win the big one. Its only one champion. Everyone else is a loser.
Um no we don't get 5 top 15 players every year dude. That's happened once under Cal and everybody from that class played in final fours every season they were here. Despite what you and your little brother friends say that's a pretty nice accomplishment.Dude you get what 5 top 15 players!
I say no more!
"Best player I've ever recruited"

Really you are going to throw Smardo up again?
Are you really going to keep up on Smardo? Not every 5 star goes on to be a NBA star. He had his few years in the NBA . You guys should know not all guys make it. Cal for all his NBA player success is getting quite a list of 5 star nba flops. Polythress, Goodwin, Teague, Orton, Harrison, and a few more.
For the record Rick plays lots of freshmen and has started lots of freshmen in recent years.
Not sure who Polythress is; but if you mean POYthress - no, he wasn't drafted; he didn't show the consistency to be. But the man does have his degree AND a shot to make a team. Since this was his last season at UK, it's kind of early to say flop.
Pretty sure Goodwin isn't a flop - he currently has a 5.4 mil/4 yr deal with Phoenix
Teague did leave too early, I'll grant you that - but making over 1 mil per year playing overseas isn't too bad
Orton has bad knees; he left and got a basic rookie contract before the ish hit the fan with injuries. Smart move on his part - and I think every UK fan will tell you they didn't expect much from him.
Which Harrison are you referring to? Andrew with his 3 yr/3 mil deal with the Grizzlies, or Aaron with is 2 yr/2 mil deal with the Hornets? Both of those guys earned their spots - they weren't drafted on potential.
Speaking of 5 stars what's smardo up to these days?
Just signed a 2 year 2.6 million dollar contract in the Spanish league playing for Barcelona. He had a productive career at UofL he averaged 15 points and 7 rebounds.
Golf clap.
Jerry Meyer says he is a 5-star.

Malik Williams is a Top247 5-star. His #CrystalBall was 79% Louisville. @ITVHughes w 1st correct pick. http://247sports.com/Player/Malik-Williams-79502…

Will probably blow most of it on whores, in accordance with his UofL education.Just signed a 2 year 2.6 million dollar contract in the Spanish league playing for Barcelona. He had a productive career at UofL he averaged 15 points and 7 rebounds.

Harrison a flop? You need to check out your facts before typing a response and showing how little you know. Goodwin, Teague and Orton were all advised to stay, rather than go into the draft. Poythress had the acl. Harrison was a JUCO that Cal made into a pretty good player, who ended up in the league for 4/5 years. He would have never even played in Europe, had anyone else coached him. Heck, 4/5 years in the league is pretty good, considering Rick has had 4 and 5 star recruits that never make it to the league. Plus, if one of us came to your board, talking this stuff, we would have been banned. You are lucky that we are civilized enough to allow your opinion to be voiced, even as misguided as it is.
oh, did you and he mean Harrelson, rather than either of the Harrisons?
Even so, with Goodwin - he's doing pretty darn good now; Teague is making money. Poythress is set either way, with his degree. Orton went when he should have, given his knees. He got some money before the problems became evident
LOL fair enoughHe meant Harrelson, and I was trying to show him he needed to get his facts straight before being such a, a, a, UL fan.
Dude that chick is way hotter then the ****** UL was hiring lets be honest.

SEXtino and uavel have been unusually quiet lately..wonder what is going on at Little Brother...:chairshot::chairshot::chairshot:
That's something else I find quite funny. He has to compare every one of his "super players" to a guy he coached at KENTUCKY. Every year (or nearly so) it's the same: this player, or that one, is as good as Jamal Mashburn. It never and I mean NEVER pans out. He has yet to have anyone in his uofl** tenure to compare.Rick is just starting practice and he hasn't figured out which of his UK teams to compare to this UL squad. Plus, he needs to see a little more from the players before he decides which one to compare to Mash.
