Will we win another game this year?

Best to IU as well. Beat Northwestern! And Michigan!
Thanks! NW has all the ingredients for a trap game, but I think our young players have grown up enough to avoid it. I thought UM was a possible win until I watched what they did to ND.

People calling into our post game show driving back from the game complimented your fans and the game day experience. Might not be much of a consolation, but it is good to know that you have good fans in the stands.

I am not sure from the product on the field if we can win another game this year. We are at a very low point. This may be the worse Nebraska team I have seen in years. We might be able to beat Purdue but who knows.

this weekend against Purdue. They are as young as we are and have struggled as bad if not worse then we have. They’re without R Moore and their starting QB. So just as long as we don’t beat ourselves, we SHOULD beat Purdue.

After that, we could also beat Maryland. But we could also just as easily lose that game. We either go 2-2 the last four games or we end up going 1-3. Who knows, maybe we go 3-1 and surprise a few people. We pulled that off last year, why can’t we do it again this year??? It’s definitely possible. GBR

We've always been kind to visitors. Our own coaches and players? Not so much.

I think Maryland is the last chance for a win.

I don't like the Purdue game, I think their coaches find a couple of plays that work on offense and keep calling them. Our DC won't have an answer.

If you have enough talent and can play chess it will be good enough to beat Chins playing checkers and our Offense just isn't good enough right now to make up for it.

Also Purdue is a road game and we all know how well that usually works out.
Agree on the Purdue game. Will probably be our luck that Rondale will be back for our game, and he'll go wild against us.

Purdue and Maryland. And if Iowa plays poorly they could win that one. Also, I'm beginning to think Wisconsin was a bit overrated. Good/great defense but mediocre/poor offense.

Yes, Nebraska will win again this year. How many probably depends upon the health of the teams entering games

All Iowa and Wisconsin have to do - is knock us off the ball 5-10 yds and we won't have much of a chance. They're stronger and tougher, physically and mentally. I would give us a 0% chance of beating the Badgers, and 10% with the Hawks.

Purdue and Maryland are probably 50-50 games. Wisconsin and Iowa are very low probability for a win, but you never know.

I had us winning at Pur before the season but now I think we lose this game.

Beat Mary.

Get physically manhandled in the other 2 games.

We have to hope 5-7 gets us in again I’m afraid.

I’m lost why so many of you our so worried about the Purdue game. I feel good about the Purdue game. They have lost their starting QB and Ron Moore. Yes, we have struggled but boy have those guys struggled too. They are 2-6...again they are 2 and 6 thus far and they just got beat down by Illinois this past weekend 24-6...a team we hung 700 plus total yards on and should have blown out.

Now if R Moore plays it will help them some but he alone won’t fix every issue they have and he can’t play defense for them too. And if he does make it back for our game this weekend, the chances are pretty high he won’t be 100%.

If we show up at all and we are ready to play, we SHOULD win this game, it will be a close game (I’ll admit that now) but we should win. But I also guess we could very well not show up too and if this happens, we could lose. It’s definitely happened a few times this year. Just my humble two cents on the Purdue game this weekend...GBR

And I just had a great idea, I know how we can beat Iowa. All we need to do is start Luke McCaffrey and let him go all McCaffrey on them. The last McCaffrey Iowa played, tore them a new a$$ hole. ;)

and here Iowa thought that nightmare was over with...they are about to see another McCaffrey every year for years to come...GBR
