We had a bad day, shot unusually poor, on the road, against a top 10 team, without a starter. This is still a really good team. Some people need to take a breath.
If people didn’t see this loss coming their basketball IQ is low. UT is really good. We didn’t have Travis and we didn’t shoot it well. Road losses to great teams are not to be unexpected. Home court is always worth 10 points or more. UT wasn’t number One without just cause. We had a bad day, shot unusually poor, on the road, against a top 10 team, without a starter. They did the same against Duke. A lot of our guys don’t have any balls. It bothered me how some of our guys quit.

It is not that we lost, but how we lost. The whole team took a **** and had no fight in them. This board (our fanbase) is a joke when we lose.
Nobody should be surprised with this result today.
Top 5 caliber team, no Reid Travis, tough road environment, Joe Lindsay. We needed our A+ game to have a chance today.
Big basketball guy here ^ “Just throw lobs to break down the zone it’s that easy!” Lol get outta here man.Not a meltdown but, where is the fight in these Cats? You have a starter out and so others must step up. Making adjustments when UT is locking down on shooters and no ball movement to counteract poor shooting. Back cuts, alley oops, anything to break down a zone. Just see a lack of preparedness and low motivation for a team fighting to keep a #1 seed.

The CLOD has been waiting a while for a game where they could really stick it to the level headed posters here.

And so what? We get a #2 and play in Louisville? There's really no difference between a 1 and a 2.Why?
Because it’s probably the absolute worst time in the point of the regular season to lose a game.
So much for a #1 seed.
