Rutgers was blown out by Clemson when it was at full strength. Yes injuries have killed us but its more than that.

I'm afraid he might not be a d1 player either. I thought he could contribute but he is really overmatched.

40 points. I'd pull the players if I was MD. They could get hurt against players who have no clue.

a whole bunch of players have 4 fouls in danger of fouling out...does Eddie intend to tell them to stop fouling at this point

well in fairness this Maryland team is a legit national championship contender. They have it all right now. Need to get Trimble healthy but this team is wicked

Game was expected to be ugly and a blowout.
Nothing I could add will change that into acting disappointed that RU wasn't as competitive as I expected them to be.

only if the school decides to finally support the program instead of shitting on it which it has done for 25 years.
Just like for football, I've heard the money will be there. Given our history, I usually don't believe that kind of talk. However, something about this time feels different.

I'm not sure why the School's perspective concerning athletics has changed, but there's definitely a change regarding the importance of athletics as it concerns the student experience and how it impacts the public perception of the University.

I just hope they're all in. This isn't something that can be done with half-measures.

Now that they are facing mostly players from the end of Maryland's bench, Rutgers is not looking as bad.

hopefully this is true. I think Barchi had a scolding not only from Christie but Mr Delaney as well...he wasn't into spending at all and now all of a sudden, the word subsidy has been erased

There's something seriously wrong with those of us that continue to watch RU hoops.

This . I don't watch but come on this board to read about what's going on . Nothing wrong with me . But people that watch this garbage they are really awesome fans or something is wrong . Probably the latter

Not sure why it is even a question what athletics can do or not do for a university as it relates to PR and the student experience.

Think students like seeing their school getting embarrassed every time they compete? This ain't rocket science.

Sanders 3 straight three pointers . Final score 88-63 Maryland
Rutgers almost beat the 24 point spread.
