Why is Oscar's draft stock so low?

Dr. J once said the one person Wilt feared on the court was 6'7" Wes Unseld. Wes was much like Oscar, strong, cleared space, had a desire to claim every rebound, and a knack for knowing exactly where the ball was coming off the rim.
The more the League chucks 3s, the lower FG%s will be, meaning guys like Oscar will have a place. He will be a late 1st, early 2nd but will definitely play.
