13 scholarships need to be filled by five star or 4 star high school players.
No transfers unless their power forwards or centers that can shoot.
There needs to be four point guards on the roster minimum at all times. There should be no problem getting four and five star point guards!!!!!!! Half of the NBA point guards are from Kentucky. You can get drafted here scoring six points and 4 assists a game Off the bench probably for god sakes.

What’s the drop dead date a player must declare their intentions?

When must college players declare for NBA draft?


Players who are not automatically eligible but wish to be drafted must declare their eligibility no later than 60 days before the draft. After this date, "early entry" players may attend NBA pre-draft camps and individual team workouts to show off their skills and obtain feedback regarding their draft positions.

This year the draft is on Jun 22.

I think Livingston and Reeves need to come back for another year. Neither are ready for the NBA and can probably make good money by staying.

They both return I'm gonna get excited about next year. I can't help it.

With a little encouragement, I think Oscar could come back. He is a sane Dennis Rodman without the defense. He is a fantastic rebounder without a 3 point shot, defense at this time is suspect and his offense against a bigger player is not too good either. But what an ambassador for the UK program. With the current NIL deals, he might make as much money as the leagues he would play in. I think it boils down to his relationship with cal and how he would fit in with the kids next year. And they would be kids to him. That's another factor.

Can only find last year's dates but deadline to declare for NBA draft was April 13, deadline to withdraw June 1. Player could transfer (in or out) all the way up til when school starts (Aug 25 is late registration deadline at UK).
