I did not vote for "Call to change his philosophy" because that's not going to happen. I would've voted that way a few years ago, but now? Not so much.
This is where I'm at. I feel like I have to go with option 1, because Cal won't do his part in option 3.I voted 3rd option. Having said that , if he's not going to change I'll take option 1.
I voted for "Like Cal and want him to stay, but change is OAD philosophy to be more sustainable."
I believe Cal needs a chance to change his ways but if he refuses then I guess there needs to be a new hire. But not sure who we will get.
The two things that need to change is his OAD recruiting (obviously) and hire better Asst. Coaches. The only one that needs to stay is John Robic.

This is (sadly) still my answer. I don’t see Cal evolving ala Saban.I voted 3rd option. Having said that , if he's not going to change I'll take option 1.
Well we tried .. brought in Grady and he wilted under the pressure .. the pressure of Cal's pitiful offenseOne and done is part of the game if we are going to go after top ten recruits . My desire is a total revamp of the offense . Take some pure shooters even if they are not tremendous athletes . But it’s not going to happen .
So Grady clanked all those shots because of Cal??Well we tried .. brought in Grady and he wilted under the pressure .. the pressure of Cal's pitiful offense
